I stopped by and purchased a chicken wrap n small fries. My Order was very cold when they handed it to me. I requested for them to heat it up. Which they did. As I opened it, it looked burnt, as well as old. Maybe the fryer had old oil. Not sure if it’s due to refrying or left overs. I will never go to this specific Burger King ever again.

Takes forever. I ordered 30 minutes prior. I walked in showed the lady my order. She then told me I need to wait. 15 minutes later she tells me I need to show her my order and I’m like I did.This place is super slow and the workers are rude.

It was okay. The lady who took my order seemed professional. They took a long time to make my order and they made my soda before my order was ready so I got a watery sprite that’s been sitting out for 10 minutes. But this place could really used a remodel because this location is very dated and looks dingy.

The Burger King, located at 736 Broadway, in Brooklyn, N.Y., is the WORST!!!!! I called there, to make a complaint, about a bad meal that I received. When I called, one of the employees, answered the phone, then purposely, hung up on me! When I made multiple attempts to call back, the employees at this Burger King, continued to purposely, hang up the phone on me, and they even took the phone off the hook, so that I couldn't get through! I can't believe how disgusting and rude and unprofessional, the employees at this Burger King are!!!!! That is not an appropriate way, to treat a customer. I was purposely ignored, and deliberately avoided, by all of the employees at this Burger King. Every employee that works at this Burger King, is mean, heartless, and cruel! This is the absolute WORST Burger King!!!!! Note to all, if you're ever in Brooklyn, AVOID going to, the Burger King, located at 736 Broadway. The employees, are horrible people.
