Yesterday I order wrapped meal large but the black guy give me wrong order which is bacon king medium size and it’s cold and he have strong smell as he was drunk so please give people save service in this situation customer will not be saved . The black guy is taking too much time even though food isn’t correct what I order……… I’m regular customer but most of the time I see burger king was closed and someone in the store told me that it will open at 11:30pm or 12:00am but I came back at 12:30am but still Burger King was closed……

Everytime I come here the guy over the counter tells me they are closed. Clearly it says open until 10. I've come here at 6pm, 8pm and he always just says they are closed. When all the food is still set up. I dont get it. Either update your hours or fire the stupid guy there.

When you order via Uber Eats they often mess with the food by putting their hand through the small opening of sealing stickers. Or they just improvise with the top sealing somehow, they leave it open and not stick it good. The receipt often is not there at all etc.
My mushroom melt was not a mushroom melt...someone forgot to put the burger on the grill or press...not wasting my time going back to complain, cause it's cold and hungry and I'm notgoing back out. I also had to wait for the cheesy tots and took longer than needed. I don't mind waiting, if the order was made correctly.

It's burger king baby.. the staff were cool. I got my meal to go and they got the order perfect. Big ups to the manager who was working just like the rest of the staff.
