Do you need to save money like this? My favorite Burger King has become like this in your hands. I feel sad. I hope the head office can take good care of these franchisees. Soda is like water.

I have been to a couple of different burger kings but this one is just disgusting on so many different levels!! Starting with the customer service POC are watched on cameras have workers walking around rushing them to buy and get out assuming they are going to steal when they are trying to buy a snack to hold their stomachs. Even after you buy something they still are telling you to get out blocking the entrance door from others trying to get in and giving attitudes!! Today I went to that Burger King and I bought some food in which the cookies were not fully cooked and was a mush when I tried to pick it up. I was standing in the store waiting for the bus eating the food I just bought and was rudely told to “GET OUT”!! They believed that the POC of color were trying to steal so they called the cops.COMPLETELY DISHEARTENING!!

The whole place is disgusting when it comes to the customer service, environment, and food. I have never seen more disgusting racist inconsiderate people in my many years of living. The few times i bought something from the mess that you call a store, they have black children stand in the freezing cold or terrible rain, most likely because they thought they were going to steal, but when it came to white kids they let them in with ease, even though these people are literally poc. Today I seen them call the cops on some kids that weren’t even in the store, all that you see are kids standing at the bus stop outside the store, the kids that were inside the store were trying to buy something. A bunch of workers were standing at the front when this little girl came up just to order something from THEIR STORE and they were saying that she can’t buy nothing and basically cussing her out, then another little girl came up to get some barbecue sauce for the food she previously ordered but they did the same thing to her. I could honestly go on and on about this place but it would take way too long.

I've never ate at this location or anyting but we do have an issue as my credit card information was stolen and used at this location on 9/22/2023. Be careful using your card here you might want to pay with cash considering my credit card information was taken and I've never even been to New York before. I don't know who stole my credit card information but whoever you are I hope you see this review and I hope you choked on your $52 worth order. If you're going to be ordering that much you might need to go get a job instead of stealing people's money that they worked hard for. You should feel so ashamed even though I know it probably brought you a great sense of pride knowing you got away with stealing somebody's money but that's fine I'm going to get my money back. I pray to God you choked on that $52 order because that's what you deserved, I hope some food got lodged in your lung and that it caused you great infection. I have nothing good to wish on a thief. Thanks to your stunt of stealing my credit card information like I said I wish you nothing but infection due to a foreign food particle being lodged inside your lung cavity because that's all you deserve.
