I ordered a double whopper jr with bacon extra lettuce and a whopper jr and large fry . I asked them cuz my bag was tapped shut if everything is inside . I get home to find No double whopper jr and my fries ice cold ! Literally ridiculous no one answering phone I say wtheck in an cx svc ticket sent and it closes my ticket . Awful customer service lost $4.75 I want my refund , food ain't free. and how about reading orders and filling them properly !

When I get an order from this shop, after the shop takes it, I stand there for 15 minutes. After standing for 15 minutes, the guy who works at night at that shop tells me that I have to wait another 40 to 45 minutes. He is sitting there even after eating and tapping his mobile but he is not getting my order ready. The guy who works at night is very bad.
