I thought the whole point of placing a mobile order was so that I could grab my food and go. I watched the man make my order, while he didn't put any condiments or napkins in the bag. One of his coworkers told him I was here to pick up my order. So why did he spend the next 5 minutes acting like he couldn't hear me asking for my food. When I finally get my order I'm then harassed for 2 measly packets of ketchup. Why would you say there's ketchup in the bag when I watched you bag my order. I'm tired of people coming into our neighborhoods and treating us like the problem. If you don't want to serve us the get out. It's always a problem at this location. 100% dissatisfied and over it.

When I was there this past Sunday I bought a whopper with large ? and a medium fruit punch I sit down at the table to enjoyed my food I relaxed and digest my food that I just finished eating as I got home I started passing gas like crazy ? then I started to feel very ill and I have run to the bathroom every five to ten minutes so I went to urgent care to tell the doctor my problem so the prescribe me some some to get my bowels to return back to normal as soon as possible, please anybody who is reading this don't waste your money buying their food they sell stale rotting food that can damage your health.

I ordered through the uber eats app and got my order delivered. I called the store repeatedly to let them know I am missing both my Hershey Pie and Vanilla Shake no one answered the phone. The only thing I received was my whopper meal. The drinks spilled on the burger and fries so my entire money went down the drain. Whoever handled my order should be fired there is no way someone can be that careless and in the hospitality industry. If I could give 0 stars I really would.

I liked this Burger King much Better a few months ago. Back then it was clean, peaceful, they played music and was a tad bit faster. Now most of the time when I come here it's dirty, there's crackheads all over the place and they don't play music like they used to so now I have to hear the loud people who sits on the couches in the corner. The staff are still friendly and the food is still good.
