I ordered a whopper JR and took me 30 to get my order. First I use the kiosk to “save time” at the end asked me to go to the cashier and pay which there was a big line. So not pleasant time!

The food was okay, but it was not that hot. It could have been hotter. It almost makes me question. The fact was, did they cook it when I ordered it? Or was it already sitting around? But but and another thing I thought was crazy was even 2 hours before they were going to close, they had their part of the sitting area closed. And they tried to convince an older lady not to even sit down and then they wanted to ask people to give up a seat for the older lady because they already cleaned. That other area, they just didn't want to use it and they wanted to try to finish it area early. At the customers suffering, i'm not having enough places to sit

Burger King on Fulton Street in Downtown Brooklyn. It accepts orders from the machines, it is spacious and comfortable, it may lack a little staff but it complies. The food is good, well prepared and hot. Economical options with deal combos from 5 dollars which makes it convenient for families or people who need an economical option

My fries were cold, so I asked for hot. Friendly staff fries me a fresh batch, but no salt is added... Why?!? Staff says "customer needs to salt their own fries" with the salt packets they provide. The flavor of my fries with packets on top just isn't the same as when it hits and sticks to tossed hot and fresh fries out the fryer. Besides, the fact the customer needs to season their own food now is just ridiculous. Really wish they just salted their fries. :( Is this a company standard now?
