What an experience; sadly with the growing tech industry people here at this location will make it easy for the owners to roll out AI to replace these bad workers. Specially the manager that I had an unfortunate encounter with. How can you lead people if you the leader need help.

I spent $21 ,the cashier has an attitude no customer service. Newly renovated environment looks amazing but the cashier needs to deal with customers with respect. I almost urinate myself the cashier said she could not find the restroom keys so I had to leave.i will never go back

I sat in the drive thru for 10 mins on 11/2/25 at 6:25pm and no one answered. All I heard was laughing and talking. When I pulled up to the window they continued to ignore even while I beeped the horn to get someone's attention. I finally just left due to the rudeness. I will never go back.

I would give a -0 rating to those on this morning’s shift at the church ave/remsen ave location. My Oder was scheduled to be picked up at 11:40 am which I partially received. No sense of urgency, care and respect to me the customer and my Oder’s preparations. I ended walking out leaving the vanilla shake. Fast food nowadays is POOR IN EVERY SENSE IF THE WORD!

Then it took about 10 to actually get my food.
I wanted to go inside but the lobby was closed at 8am. Weird place. Terrible.

The black girl with red hairs, she is very rude. She needs to learn customer service skills. Extremely rude lady. There restroom is always out of order. Because they don’t let anyone use it. She just put the sign of out of order. But in front of me she gave some one key to use it. When i ask the key she starts yelling at me. Insane lady

I went to this 24 hour so call buger king on September 8 2025 at 6am, the door was locked so I went around to the walk up window no one was there so I went back to the front door where I seen a couple of guys conversating and seen me at the door, they ignored me and never open the door. This is worst burger king. I went back to the walk up window where I seen a girl with the cash register she ignored me also. I will never go back there again

Needs new staff… terrible service… they get EVERY ORDER WRONG. Then argue with you… very very slow turn around on the food… renovated this place for nothing. Should have renovated the staff

Store 840. Gave my wife twice cold chicken sandwich with cheese. Older lady got mad because she messed up. My double whopper didn't have cheese and slightly cold. I would never go back there again.

Rude workers and managers shut doors before closing prevent customers from using bathroom . Push and shove a mother and 2 children one a toddler child out in the night press to use the restroom for a quick second. Been coming here for over 23 years this once was good it’s now trash place no more welcoming it’s get worse as time pass
