Poor service . The cashier was Extremely rude,burger was dry and plain,even though I ordered and paid for extra ,never ever going back to that location. VERY DISAPPOINTED!😞

One night I went here with my friend and the door was locked and the employee was taking orders at the drive through and told me and my friend we were not allowed to order and the restaurant is supposed to be open for 24 hours but it was closed and I was denied services. This place needs to be shut down because I was actually hungry that night and I had to walk to McDonald’s where I got some fresh food.

This location is BEYOND slow. Even when it's been just me here, it's slow.
Hire more people or change your strategy. It should not take 30 minutes to make a whopper meal.

Trash all outside of the store. Reported it to the manager & got a rude response that turns into an argument. Thankfully I never waste my time or money at this place. Why would anyone eat from an establishment with so much trash outside. I'm sure there's nothing but rodents inside. Good job Burger King!!!

I HATE TO SAY IT, BUT IM NEVER GOING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. THEY BLOCKED ALL OF THE OUTLIST SO YOU CANT GO IN TO CHARGE YOUR PHONE OR HOP ON YOUR LAPTOP FOR A FEW MINUTES.

I went to the drive thru at about 12:00am they told me they was closed and for me that they wouldn’t be opening back up until 12:05am I said ok I’ll wait the woman at the women told me I could wait at the window that I had to park so I did . Then short after they opened up and the cars started lineup and they took the orders when they got to my order I asked for 8 chicken wraps because they had just opened back up and the order was to large. So I sanded her well how many can I order she says 4 then I proceeded to order other things like a burger and nuggets to replace the 4 wraps that she said I couldn’t have. I was a little confused as to why they closed for a while that’s 1 and 2 that I couldn’t have what I ordered if the drive thru is 24 hours I’m not sure what the lady’s names are that’s working at night but maybe they needed more help or it’s poor customer service whatever it is it had to get better it’s not rite when then this is a fast food restaurant and the slogan is have it your way and I didn’t have it my way at all .

Worst experience to burger king till date !!! Literally my order took 35 minutes and at the end they messed up the order , and refused to fix it so i ended up leaving without taking order. I barely give any bad ratings. But this location deserves this and if your time is limited. I suggest to go look for another locationWorst staff.Lazy / unhelpful
