I went to the drive thru at about 12:00am they told me they was closed and for me that they wouldn’t be opening back up until 12:05am I said ok I’ll wait the woman at the women told me I could wait at the window that I had to park so I did . Then short after they opened up and the cars started lineup and they took the orders when they got to my order I asked for 8 chicken wraps because they had just opened back up and the order was to large. So I sanded her well how many can I order she says 4 then I proceeded to order other things like a burger and nuggets to replace the 4 wraps that she said I couldn’t have. I was a little confused as to why they closed for a while that’s 1 and 2 that I couldn’t have what I ordered if the drive thru is 24 hours I’m not sure what the lady’s names are that’s working at night but maybe they needed more help or it’s poor customer service whatever it is it had to get better it’s not rite when then this is a fast food restaurant and the slogan is have it your way and I didn’t have it my way at all .

Worst experience to burger king till date !!! Literally my order took 35 minutes and at the end they messed up the order , and refused to fix it so i ended up leaving without taking order. I barely give any bad ratings. But this location deserves this and if your time is limited. I suggest to go look for another locationWorst staff.Lazy / unhelpful

Food was good but the wait was more than half an hour in the drive through. They need to try to have things move a litter faster or they will be losing customers as while I was waiting i saw at least 2-3 cars get off the line behind me due to the wait.

The location was nice and clean. The employees were very nice and polite and gave us very quick service.Parking: Very large parking lot. Lots of space.Kid-friendliness: Had Burger King crowns on all the tables and has a kid menu as well.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps and large doors.

I went to this Burger King because it was near a delivery I had made. At 1st the young lady that answered the headset had so much attitude that I got flustered with my order. I got to the window and her face and all displayed all the same attitude. I thought she would be different then she was on the headset, but not. I asked her did I tell her no tomatoes and she said no. I told her I could not have tomatoes, but she came and bought the chicken sandwich with the tomatoes anyway. I told her I did not want it, so she went and got it without. This is what she came back with. It is nothing like it is supposed to be and still with attitude. People like this do not need/deserve to work with the public. If she didn't want to work she should have stayed home. If she does not know/want to work with the public she should pick another line of work. I write this because I get tired of giving people my money for service and I get this kind of attitude. It is sad, but this stuff happens mostly in Brooklyn, NY in the poorer neighborhoods.

I sent my two boys out to order food at what says to be 24hrs. They had them standing outside and refused to order stating we don’t feel safe at night so my manager wants the doors closed. I took pictures and recorder them. The hours are on the web site. I asked to speak to the manger she said she doesn’t want to speak to anyone you should have ordered on line. I asked for names and they refused to give there names. It was lady and man at 2:00am. They said the manager doesn’t want to speak to anyone you should have had a card.

Drive thru doesn’t work. Atmosphere fill with junkies and school kids. When you want to go and not deal with other people you go thru the drive thru. I drove 15 minutes to one for it not to be working at 11:30am. Ridiculous!
