I believe this is the location I visited. There is a server called Kemar/kevin, such an awesome guy. he was so courteous, kind and helpful....I rate this place 5 stars just because of him.

You can’t use the app for savings or just to use your points. The staff are rude when you ask a question. The homeless are sleeping at the tables and nothing is done. Not a clean store.

The Burger King HQ needs to come and shut down this particular Burger King location in 417-21 Fulton St, Brooklyn. The staff are terrible. The food was undercooked. The prices are so high. The chefs, clerks, and janitors were all cursing and fighting.

Don't have enough people to move the people along especially at lunch time, no security that can keep the peace and keep homeless people with attitudes calm and the school kids arguing and loud inside being disturbing, food was hot just not enough employees
The order does take a while but it do be fresh. At times they will mess up your order it happens but they will fix it. Good customer service but need more people at the cash register for real.

I had the best experience on this restaurant. The tables were clean, the orders were organized. The food was incredibly fresh! Hot and fresh out of the grill I love it! I will definetly come back to this store. The staff were very friendly as well! Burguer king never miss when is comes to the real fresh tasty burguer
