Your typical fast-food environment. I’ve never had an issue with the customer service being provided. Sometimes, it gets busy and it takes a while to get your order after it’s been put together but that’s about it in terms of issues I have.

I tried my best not to do a bad review for this Burger King. However after the service I received tonight, I have to complain. On my way home from work, I stop at this Burger King before I get on the train. Usually when I don't eat lunch during the day, I make a quick stop here. The service and food are usually between 3-4 stars but tonight, service was at a complete 0! I noticed I was given old fries so I asked for fresh fries. The young lady was reluctant to drop a fresh set of fries but she did. The gentleman assisting her with the orders, dumped the old fries back into the tray. I informed him that he just caused cross contamination and he completely ignored me. I requested for my refund for my fries and proceeded to leave. The young man and lady were completely unbothered and the manager on duty didn't even ask what took place. Please train the night crew better when it comes to customer service and mixing old food with new food. The fry tray was full of grease and salt, smh. Unacceptable service tonight!! I will not stop at this Burger King again no matter how hungry I am. Nobody should have to deal with the service I received. This happens because upper management doesn't care and the crew knows they can get away with this type of behavior. I work with the public and I know things can be a little overwhelming at times but tonight was not a good look for Burger King. Disgusting service across the board. Please do better!!

I had the nuggets meal and the nuggets were not fresh- it was tough- hard... It was vry busy, I was there around 1 pm. More staff is needed.

The biggest issue in this store was the amount of homeless coming in and out of the store harassing u for money . This location definitely needs in store securityThe store was crowded and the lines were moving
