The burgers weren't much to talk about. Let alone the service was not great. Tables were not cleaned well.

First off, our server was GREAT — kind, professional and fast. No complaints about service! The problem was the food. I asked for my burger medium rare, but it came overcooked. This I can understand, if you’ve got a thin, fast-food-style patty. But this was an inch-and-a-half thick wad of beef, its center as parched, lifeless and gritty as the sands of a desert dune. With a burger patty this thick, no amount of sauces around the thing could penetrate deep enough into its bone-dry center to elevate the experience of eating it to something even merely palatable. This is, in fact, why burgers are consumed medium rare in the first place — to enjoy the moisture it retains when it’s prepared by someone who knows that an enjoyable meal infrequently involves elements that could be mistaken for a dressed charcoal briquette.I arrived hungry — near starvation, as it had literally been close to twenty hours since I’d last eaten. But I still couldn’t finish the last few bites, and had to eat more when I got home.I have had a lot of disappointing $16 hamburgers, but this one wins hands down as the single most disappointing expensive burger I’ve ever tasted. I don’t know how you can ruin beef that thoroughly, but kudos to this restaurant: they have figured out a way.

Fried pickles and cauliflower tenders were ok. The cauliflower tenders lacked flavor. The jerk wings were so bad that I had to dip them all in my favorite hot sauce and rebake them.

Hubby and I had dinner at this location for the first time. The burgers were some of the best we've ever had!Our Server Katrina was pleasant and she showed such care regarding my food allergy to sugar. Her recommendation for a spicy sauce was on point ☺️. Thank you for excellent service Katrina ????Glad to have found this place

I ordered take out -- just the standard beef burger and fries. The meat was okay, the rest was a bit better than okay. The fries were very good. Service was quick and pleasant.
