Been ordering from here for many years. It would be cool if they actually consistently put green salsa in the bag and not two red. I try to make notes and almost every time I get two red. Why offer both when you only give away one? Anyway, food is fire.

The service here sucks!!!! I waited 40 minutes for four tacos and was told that my food was given to someone else.
Five orders after me, two trips to the counter and all I got was I made a mistake.

This was my go to spot but this time the lady at the counter (not new here) was slow, annoyed and disengaged with being at work.

Wow!!! My order just came back by a different patron who did not get what she ordered.

Lesson of the day: Pay attention!

I eat burritos three times a week and always receive good customer service, but today the staff were messing around. I ordered a chicken burrito with guacamole, and when I got home, I noticed it didn't have any guacamole. It was full of tomatoes, very little chicken and rice, and lots of lettuce. A burrito isn't a wrap full of tomatoes and lettuce. I paid $17.85 for a burrito full of lettuce and tomatoes. Please check your food portions so customers can receive a proper burrito

This spot is completely horrible. I’ve never had a burrito bowl with carne de res that was this bad. The beef was gamey and the whole bowl was flavorless, even with the red sauce. The chicken tinga tacos were also completely bland. I’ve had a lot of Mexican food and tried so many different restaurants, and this is by far the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had. I would give 0 stars if I could. I actually threw my food out and I never do that. Please don’t waste your money here on this overpriced horrible food.

The service could’ve been better. I’ve been to this location a few times and the experience was never like tonight. The cashier kept wiping her nose with her bare hand. The cooks that’s supposed to be cooking, found something so funny to constantly look in my direction, found a picture in his phone, showed the entire team whatever the picture was and talk amongst each other in Spanish. I’m the only customer in the store by the way. From a customers perspective, that was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Customers are taking the time to come to your establishment. Train your staff to understand providing an experience for your guest and do better!

I'm notoriously picky about Mexican food, especially tacos, and I've been disappointed by a lot of the NYC/east coast offerings. I was ready to say that the west coast is just universally better at Mex food until I went here.

Holyyy hell, Bushwick Taco Company knows what's up! Everything is fresh, delicious, and well-seasoned. I try something new every time I come here and have yet to try anything less than excellent. Only complaint is that I wish they had more/more comfortable seating. Otherwise, big fan!

As a taco connoisseur....don't. Order 1 taco the way you like it to test it out ...it'll be almost bland. They try tho!
