I was craving some Mexican cuisine and chose to pass by since it was the only close thing around from my route The service is great but the food is just OK Maybe I’m biased because I am Mexican but the nachos were just…so so so bland :(
On the flip side, their frozen Margs are strong ? Overcompensating for their lack of seasoning?

Service will always depend on who is working ! Love this spot from day 1 the owner is always visible and pleasant with good word , wish I had bosses like him in the past. The food - delish - the frozen drinks amazing! Just go- taco Tuesday go early !

We order every week from here. Today our burritos came without beans - we ordered normal burritos. We called the restaurant and the lady insisted there were beans in them. eventuallt she said her manager was coming with replacement but when we got a call that a delivery was out front they sent a man to pick up our burritos so they could check to see if there were beans or not (??). A hassle and a waste of time.

The food wasn't "bad" in all honesty. But it's just bad in comparison to other Tacobowl spots. I ordered a burrito with shrimp, and had absolutely no shrimp inside of it. The burrito was filled with rice and beans, no shrimp at all.
The people I arrived at the table with were disappointed as well. One ordered a shrimp enchilada, it was filled with cheese, and once again had little to no shrimp.
Another ordered a Cuban sandwich with soup, which was once again lackluster and underwhelming in terms of taste and presentation.
The final member of my table ordered Falafel Bowl. He didn't like the Falafel, as it was worse in quality to spots like Cava, but he liked the chicken, rice, and lettuce.
To summarize, it was a disappointing experience. The waitress didn't check on us a single time. The only unique thing about this restaurant was the fact that they were playing The Boys (lol) on the TV.
Other than that, it was worse than most other Taco bowl spots like Taco Bees, Cava, and most notably Chipotle.
TLDR: Could be better. Would've much rather went to another taco bowl spot.

Lived down the block for 2 years and never had a noteworthy bad experience.
Eating a steak burrito as I type, listening to Bruno Marz singing the Lazy Song, and it's the comfort I've come to rely on this place for.
The employees like these make the world brighter - they're real people. Treat them like it. And tip them!
