Jonathan is by far my favorite barista at this location. Always so friendly and makes the BEST lattes, makes every Tuesday my favorite day of the week!

Rude barista and zero vegan options among the pastries. Will not be returning. There are much better coffee shops in the neighborhood.

although we heard very good reviews of Butler, this place lacked every expectation i had for a coffee shop. from the knowledgeable, rude barista, to the atrocity of the coffee and tea we received.

i highly recommend you check out other local coffee shops in the area, with kind baristas and actually good coffee and drinks

My favorite thing about Butler is that they have silenced their credit card machine so the peaceful karma of my morning coffee run remains intact.

Great little spot in Williamsburg, right next to a barber shop. Coffee is 10/10 & such a nice barista. I always make sure to stop by when I find myself in the area!

The coffee quality at Butler is very good and I enjoyed my macchiato! 2 stars for service because when I asked the question if they had decaf filter coffee, the barista rudely referred me to the bodega down the street. I thought it was a reasonable question to ask at a cafe, so why the attitude? Not sure if I’d be back based on the service.

Coffee is good but mainly my favorite local everyday spot for the barista Muji. Very chatty and friendly which really adds a lot to the community in the neighborhood!

The coffee is good, but the barista is a godsend! It's hard to find such a friendly and nice barista in New York. Apparently he really loves his job ?
