just had to write about their sausage roll. ordered in for breakfast in a rush not expecting much. its tiny and pricey but SO worth it. I was so blown away I had to pause my rushing to close my eyes to savor it. Omg. Get. the. sausage roll.

The coffee beans are savory and there are a lot of latte bases, so I think it's fun to choose. I tried pistachio milk, and it tastes the same as the original, so I recommend it to those who like it.

A bit expensive but great spot in the neighborhood. They make a great chai/matcha/turmeric and have delicious pastries. The french toast roll is a household favorite.

In the summer it’s great to sit outside with direct sunlight and inside has seating for laptops making it a great WFH vibe.

A hidden treasure in Brooklyn, fantastic service all around, pastries are delicious and the coffee is always made with love!
Swing by if you can, seating can be a little cramped but that doesn't bother me!

Good food and coffee. Terrible service. Came in as they were closing (an hour earlier than posted on the sign) and just wanted two sausage rolls to go. The men acted as if I asked them to make me a 4 course tasting menu. Didn’t ask if I wanted them heated up (I did). And didn’t say thanks when I paid $14 for two mini sausage rolls. Is there any way to leave a negative tip?

Cafe located in front of the accommodation
Coffee and 1 croissant.
The coffee was so good, but the bread was just okay^^

Quiet atmosphere. It was nice to be able to feel the calm morning in New York
The music is also very good.

I want to come every morning until the last day.

Probably the worst service I’ve ever had. I never review things or give 1 star reviews but had to here. Apparently there is no laptops on the weekend which is posted nowhere and they are so rude about it. Telling me I couldn’t read because there is only a small sign posted after you order. My family comes frequently but after this they will not be coming back

Listen, the food here is excellent, and I will definitely be going back, but my experience this morning was pretty terrible. I feel that Butler is a business that holds itself to high standards, and I just wanted to share so that the business is aware.

I understand that things can get busy, and that there's a wait at places with honestly great food, but Butler should do a better job of accounting for inventory. I paid for a french toast pastry and mini sausage roll, and waited for 15 minutes before being told that the mini sausage roll was out of stock. Not too mention, I was not asked for my name or handed a receipt, so I was just listening for my order. The person preparing my order offered a different pastry, and I opted for the protein bar, which wasn't bad, but I should have opted for a refund on principle (mind you I had already wasted 15 minutes at that point).

To top things off, the box that my pastries were put in had something like frosting or syrup smeared on the bottom. I know Butler is better than this, but this experience showed a bit of a lack of standards.
