I went with my family today to have a nice coffee and croissant and I have to say the coffee was amazing but the best of all was the customer service.. there was a delay in my croissants but the staff was really helpful in managing the situation. I'd definitely go back again when I'm back for holidays in NYC. Thank you 😊

Worst ever. Espresso was over-extracted, milk was burned, chocolate croissant was terribly dry and tasteless, açaï bowl was just a very runny smoothie instead, breakfast empanada was still frozen.
What once used to be a great place serving delicious food & coffee has, like so many retail chains, devolved into a money making machine where quality control is seriously lacking.
