I’ve been to Buttermilk Bakeshop for birthdays, rainy-day pick-me-ups, and random “we deserve a treat” moments, and it hits every single time. They keep dreaming up magical concoctions and confectionaries that somehow feel both nostalgic and brand new. The new space is such a glow-up from the old window stall, since now you can actually like....go inside hahaha. It’s bright, it’s comfy, and it just smells like happiness.
On my latest visit I tried the pumpkin spice cookie. I normally avoid anything pumpkin spice, yet my girlfriend and I basically inhaled it. Super delicious, soft in the middle. I can't believe I enjoyed pumpkin spice.
The folks behind the counter are always kind and patient. I’ve loved their cupcakes, tiramisu in a cup, and plenty of cookies, and the list keeps growing. Perfect for celebrations or a “just because” treat. 5/5. Treat yo self.

The cake buttermilk created for us was out of this world. The flavor and presentation were equally as outstanding. They also created our wedding cake, and I find myself back in there any chance I get. I make any excuse I can find to get some cookies, cupcakes, brookie (brownie/cookie) and cake ! Do not sleep on this bakery!!
We LOVE this shop! We go to get treats and have started ordering cakes for everything from special occasions like birthdays to what we’ve come to call ‘happy day of the week’ celebration cakes. They are a huge hit. Delivery service was amazing, too!

This year they did a Barbie theme and once you tell them what you are looking for, they never disappoint. It is also a cake that actually tastes good and always a hit at every birthday party.
