She made the process very simple from beginning to end!They baked the most BEAUTIFUL/FUN, and Delicious custom Hawaiian themed birthday cake! I wanted to reach out and extend my sincere appreciation for your OUTSTANDING customer service this weekend. It was my son's 18th birthday and I wanted everything to go so perfectly for him. It was a very chaotic day and so many things went wrong that day, but YOU made sure that the major concern that I had was alleviated. You drove over 45 minutes, in the POURING rain, to come and spend time to fix the minor issue with the cake. Underwhelming, to say the least. I got vanilla cupcakes and they used the saltiest buttercream frosting I’ve ever tasted in my life. And the actual cupcake was dense and a little hard. My preschooler took one bite and refused to finish it.

Stumbled upon this small bakeshop while waiting for a reservation in the neighborhood. I've heard good things about this bakeshop, and have always wanted to try it. They have a variety of baked goods, from cookies, cupcakes, cakes, and mini cakes, all of which were beautifully decorated. My girlfriends and I were having a galentine's night, so we were drawn to this really cute simple white cake with a floral heart on top. The cake was so delicious. We loved it so much. It was a 6 inch vanilla cake. The cake was moist, it just melts in your mouth. The filling was vanilla with a hint of strawberry. It was a perfect amount sweet and not too sweet. I wanted to eat the whole thing haha. Can't wait to go back and try their other goodies!
