Totally a less than impressive place. $1.5 for vanilla flavor. Latte was ok. Not worth the cost. The only redeeming part was the amount of seating available.

Downgraded from 5 stars.

I’ve been coming here since they opened. Oddly and sadly, they’ve had 100% staff turnovers multiple times.

Once again, this week they seemed to have fired and replaced everyone on the staff. Sadly the previous staff was lovely and part of your relationship with a local coffee shop is the staff. The previous group was also lovely.

Logistics are a bit bumpy these days, things will likely improve, but these continuous purges of staff are creepy. Not sure what management is doing.

Pastries are probably the weakest in the neighborhood, but coffee is good. Non-coffee offerings sometimes available, often not.

Beautiful space, but the cleanliness of the place could be better and it’s due for a deep cleaning.

A sliver of its former glory.

Nice little Cafe with a really nice vibe. They have a store at the back with some cool clothing. I asked the employee what she recommends from the menu but she just gave me a blank face and seemed to be caught off guard so I just ordered a black and white latte. It was pretty expensive at about $9. Maybe she was just having an off day. The coffee itself was decent, nothing spectacular. I would come here more for the vibe than the coffee itself. They have a big menu so maybe other things are better but I couldn't have known since the employee had no idea. I would recommend at least giving it a try but had better coffee elsewhere.

The coffee was meh, and a little annoying they don’t allow the use of laptops or tablets whatsoever.

Good coffee, good atmosphere and space, disappointing baked goods, overpriced and often understaffed.

Cute space with pleasant drinks! The matcha tiramisu was very good and I assume it would be better earlier in the day when it is fresher (same goes for the mushroom focaccia it was a bit try bc it had been out). Lots of indoor seating but was a bit warm, not sure if they have AC.

I’m a regular. I’m extremely sad to learn that coffee drinks are now served in paper cups only. Ceramic cups are so much nicer and in keeping with the ambience.

A week ago I would have given Cafe Kitsuné five stars, six even (!), without hesitation. I stop by almost every day and love the coffee, food and especially the great atmosphere the staff create. I was surprised today to hear that the café has stopped using ceramic cups and mugs for folks who eat in. Personal preferences aside -- though I do believe espresso tastes better in a ceramic cup -- I don't see how this decision is justifiable from an environmental perspective, landfills being what they are. (Or even from a marketing perspective, for that matter -- paper and plastic feel pretty down-market... ). I hope that management will consider revising this decision -- then I will revise my review back to five stars.

Really nice cafe with solid drinks. Have been to their other west village location a few times and we prefer the drinks here. Loved the atmosphere.

Stopped in for coffee. A beautiful seating area and coffee service was very nice, with a good variety of fancy baked goods :)

I mean, I love this spot. They're (always) kind. There's tons of sunlight in the winter. You feel fancy being in there. Drinks do the trick. I treat it as a special visit, not my regular, everyday spot (which is coffee at home).
