This location is not very efficient when you are in rush to be in work for 9 o’clock they take their time looks like there isn’t a good manager to keep workers accountable but the food is great!

Ordered an iced tea on a tablet (already not a great experience). Waited for about 10 minutes. Tracked down an employee to ask about it. GHe gave me a drink that was on the counter that looked like lemonade. I asked to confirm that it was iced tea. Ticket under the drink indeed had my name and my order (iced tea). Took a sip, it's lemonade. I'm too lazy to track someone down again and have them fix it.

We love cafe 28 for breakfast as they have a huge choice. You can’t beat an everything bagel with sausage, bacon, eggs and cheese washed down with a large latte to get you set up for a days shopping on 6th. The omelette are great too. Highly recommend for a cheap but tasty start to your day

Mashed potatoes are boxed potatoes not freshLatkes all grease barely any potatoes.French onion soup ok but the cheese you pay extra for is nonexistent.

Really bad service. They make you order through an iPad which then prints an order receipt. But there is nobody attending to the printed receipts, so you basically end up standing there while they go on about their work. So even if you only want to get a coffee (like me) you’ll have to wait 10-15 minutes. Nice looking pastries though.

Amazing and fresh food that is always served with a smile. My family is very particular and they love everything about Cafe 28 @ Tower 18. Worth the far drive. Looking forward to visiting this location again!

Order for delivery for a work function, they were so helpful and expedited the order for me. The falafel and vegetable soufflé were delicious and appreciated by the group. When another kosher place did not fulfill my order, Cafe 28 saved the day! Thank you !
