I’ve always loved this place, but unfortunately this visit was a letdown. My pancakes first came out burnt. The waiter kindly replaced them, which I appreciated, but the new plate arrived without maple syrup. Since no one checked in for about 20 minutes, I wasn’t able to ask until my pancakes were already cold. By then, the meal just wasn’t enjoyable anymore.

I know this restaurant can do better, so I hope this was just an off day.

Café Colette is such a gem. They have a great oyster special during the week that’s definitely worth it, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The vibe is cozy and stylish, which makes it a perfect spot to unwind after work or catch up with friends.

We spent around $100 for 2 people and totally worth the experience. Everything was so delicious and stuff were kind enough to make us feel happy. They kept asking how’s the food and if there’s anything we need etc I’d highly recommend Burger, fava dip, and octopus. The sourdough bread they use is also AMAZINGLY delicious. I feel so bad that I didn’t ask where they got the bread:(
