My family didn’t like it here but man.. i had the time of my life here. im a HUGE foodie and this place is one of my favorite restaurants. my waiter was a young man who barely spoke english and my menu was not english but when the help of google search, i ordered a whole lot of food and left the place as happy as happy can be. the plov is A MUST. great portions and it’s the best rice i’ve ever had in my life. the kebabs are the best i’ve ever had in my life. the bagel...
This is maybe the only place in NYC that serves kurutob, which is a MUST when dining here. Kurutob is a Tajik specialty consisting of shredded bread, soaked in a special tajik yogurt sauce, topped with caramelized onions, dill, and veggies. And it is DELICIOUS. Other items in the menu are similar to the staples in Uzbeck restaurants, plov/manty/samsa is my goto combination.
Always amazing. They care so much about every customer that it makes me feel like I'm visiting my extended family every time I'm there. Needless to say, food is delicious!
