Easily the best espresso in the Slope, which I enjoy in both hot and iced Americanos. Service is a joy. Jen is always up for a good conversation, and is a great part of the community.
So, I have driven by this place a great number of times and each time it would draw my attention. Today I decided that I would stop, park and go in. This place reminds me of a small neighborhood French cafe straight out of France. A lot of writers for some reason were there this morning who just happily started up conversations about writing (of course!), travel to foreign lands and world events. The coffee and owner-who was behind the counter making each coffee-are amazing!!!...
Really beautiful, warm, cozy little cafe with very good espresso. Even a little bar to sit at. Very clean stylish bathroom. All is small but very well taken care of and a reason why we love small directly owned cafes só much more than fancy or chain hipster coffee shops. - go support!
