We love Phil Cafe. The Korean street toast is so good. The owner is a kind and hardworking guy. He takes good care of his customers and makes great breakfast sandwiches. He’s always happy to accommodate our dietary restrictions with dairy. We love being regulars at Phil. The work space and backyard are wonderful too. You can tell he put a lot of work into the space!

PHiL's is such a gem. The very peaceful backyard has become one of my go-to spots this summer to sit with an iced coffee and read.

I had Korean street toast and noodles here—and I was blown away! I never imagined toast and noodles could be this flavorful. I was literally sweating from how good it was.
I was actually coming down with a cold, but the hot noodles with red pepper powder were the perfect remedy.
It reminded me of how Americans turn to chicken noodle soup when they’re sick—this is the Korean version. Warm, spicy, and comforting.
Honestly, I think I’ve already recovered!

a bit pricey, good playlist, a lot of students, plenty of seating, good decor, uncomfortable chairs but that’s typical for cafes. Could get a bit claustrophobic in the indoor seating area but you can always sit outside!

This place is a local gem for sure. They open early and their coffee is really good. Food menu is small but its pretty unique and they craft if with care and love for sure.
If you are visiting in the summer - def get to their backyard. Its so cute, cozy, and just trully calming.
I'd give 10 stars if I could, seriously.

Stopped by this morning because I didn't feel like making breakfast. I think the toasts and stuff are more their main thing, but the bagel was quite decent! I don't know if they make them themselves or have them delivered but either way, it was fresh and yummy. They have a nice selection of cold drinks too if you're not a coffee person. I took mine to go but they have a cute little seating area if you'd like to stay. Staff was friendly and my order only took a few minutes and my bagel was still nice and warm once I'd gotten back home!

Love this cafe. The seating area is really cozy and the cold brew is a good size and really smooth for the brew and flavor profile.
