When first arrived, we were told we can pick a seat anywhere. As we sat, the plate in front if me was dirty which made me a bit grossed out. Then it took a few minutes for a waiter to come. Mind you, the place was nearly empty. Getting to the food, some of the things were ok. But the spicy pasta was not normally spicy. I understand the need to have spice when ordering a dish labeled spicy, but that dish needs to come with a Hazard Warning sign. There were chilis everywhere and...
