Great service
I went during a week day so it wasn't crowded or anything. Music was nice and the host and waiter was very nice food was cooked and seasoned to perfection I will definitely make this my go to spot for authentic Trini dishes.
Went to a Salsa social there. Did some Bachata, Merengue and Cha-cha-cha and hustle as well.Wendell, the instructor, gave a beginner's lesson. Had enough willing and capable leaders to keep the event lively.
Attentive and friendly staff, great food, great atmosphere overall but the music was too loud for comfortable conversation levels.
Atmosphere was cozy with an island vibe. Food was delicious, a bit spicy but still delicious. The waitress was very pleasant and attentive, the rum punch was banging! Overall the experience was pleasant and I would return and also refer.
Went for Mothers Day (first mistake) and it wasn't really crowded so we taught it would be god. However, we were there for the Brunch special and as far as drinks were concerned, each time we asked for a drink it took 30 minutes. And it's was just LOUD. We were seated right next to the steel drums (poor choice on our part). The food was good though but my mom really likes mimosas and unfortunately that part of the service was poor. The waiter kept forgetting to bring us stuff we asked for. She asked for our orders multiple times. It's was just a lot going on. I've been here before on a normal Business day and it's was great so I would like to think because it was Mother's Day that the service was poor. If we come back it won't be for a while.
I went there with my family to celebrate a birthday. We all enjoyed our appetizers however the entrées were not so great, not bad just okay. The mac & cheese/Macaroni pie tasted like an amateur made it. Mashed potatoes hardly had any garlic flavor. We ordered plantain and four pieces were literally black - they can't be sweet anymore. We had bread pudding for dessert. It was extremely dry and almost tasteless. Not to mention we waited almost 20 minutes for it after the order was placed. The service and the staff was quite pleasant and very engaging. The preparation of the food could use some work. The drinks were really good. I can't say that I will return however I would recommend you trying it for yourself.
The place was nice, Food was okay, The drinks were Bomb. The only issue I had was the slow service, don't know if they were understaffed that day
This is the first time dining at Savannah and we found that the setting was quaint and cozy, the service was good, music was selection was good (although for us it was a bit too loud) food and drinks (the Moko Jumbie didn't taste strong, but later on it had a significant kick! Cheers to the bartender) were very good! We definitely plan return to dine and try out other dishes.
We went to Savannah Cafe as a family yesterday. The food was soooooo good. It was flavorful, hot and fresh. We felt so welcomed and taken care of the entire time. This place was definitely a vibe. I had the Dem Boyz wings, the corn on the cob, the carnival pasta with salmon and a salad. It was all delicious. My husband had the curry crab with dumplings. That was delicious too.

Good food & atmosphere. Friendly staff Only downside- needs better lighting while eating, hard to read the menu but I used my phone's light.
The food is tasty. This is a restaurant in the beginning state and on the rise. Will come back again. A nice take on food from Trinidad. The calypso shrimp was great.
The experience at Savanah was amazing. The service was so welcoming and felt like home. The drinks were amazing. I loved the name of the drinks it was so cute and made me more curious to try all.
Pros: the food was amazing, drinks were good, our servers were nice and helpful even though there were only like two for the whole restaurant, and the dj had an amazing playlist that consisted of old and new reggae, dancehall, and soca. Cons: the space was limited we were a group of 5 and there wasn't really much space to put anything on the table after the food came, they were understaffed, and the music was so loud our waitress wasn't even able to hear us neither was the bartender when he came over with our drinks. Overall I still had a really good experience, I would love to eat from there again through doordash or Uber eats. If i go in person I'd go with a smaller party like a party of two.
The server Jade was sweet. The food Carvinal pasta (tasted like a container of Parmesan was poured onto a can of Chef boyardee) red snapper (tasted like it was sautéed in a jar of ketchup and put on a plate) the jerk wings (were flavorless, dry and tasted as if they were microwaved). We waited long for our food and never checked back to see if we need drinks replenished. Though Jade really nice they can't expect her to be on her A game being the only server there. The only nice thing I can say is my Margarita was good.
