I called a couple days ahead for a pistachio cake for my mother’s birthday because she loves pistachio cake. Fast forward my brother went to pick up the cake and the decorations were really nice looked aesthetically pleasing ,but the icing tasted like medicine I tried to ignore it but It was to overpowering and not tasty at all the cake was very moist had bits of pistachio in it but the cake wasn’t that great. All that money I paid for that cake it was a waste and I’m very disappointed : ( I won’t be coming here again. Please do better.

Yes, I can agree that the cake is a little pricey but when you taste it, you’ll understand why first Time being here I thought these were just regular cakes. I needed a full-size cake, but but they only made a valid point to just get a few small slices of different flavors and I have to say wow you going into a days the cakes are done to perfection sweet moist on point the banana pudding one the pistachio those are like my main two favorite wow that’s all I could say is well. Keep up the great work and I was lucky to catch them after hours And by the way thank you for the advice.

A friend of mine recently celebrated her birthday with a pistachio birthday cake—and I have to say, this was hands down the BEST cake I’ve ever had! I was so blown away that I immediately had to find out who made it. I haven’t even visited the store yet, but I couldn’t wait to leave a review because this cake was truly exceptional. You could taste the love in every bite—it was perfectly moist, bursting with flavor, and absolutely delicious. I genuinely enjoyed every moment of it, and I’m so excited to visit, meet the owner, and indulge in more of their amazing creations. Man im greedy i finished it before i can remember to take an picture for the review loll, Amazing Banana Pudding Cake! Definitely will be seeing more loll! Its not too sweet & not bland at all, & its so moist & soft! 10/10 Would recommend!

I stopped in to this little gem as I waited for the bus and tried the banana pudding dessert as the gentleman suggested. Omg! 1000 out of 10 It wasn’t overly sweet and had a nice rich taste to it. Im going back for more when I’m in town

I’m not sure the owners know what the word ambiance means because the atmosphere here does not give bakery vibes. There was a terrible smell when I visited and the owner ( I assume ) proceeds to blame it on one of the workers and his food. Imagine walking into a bakery and it smells like a dirty bathroom. I was not Impressed. The butter cake was dry and tasted store bought not homemade and the chocolate cake was decent although we seriously almost left bc of the smell. I do not recommend. I’m not sure how this place was a year ago to get it such high ratings but the quality seems to have gone down and I smell greed on these overpriced cakes in a bakery with no ambiance.

I just called and of course the sweet potato cake is not available. I won't even bother anymore...waste of time!

Call before you go, they don't operate on posted hours. So if you like myself want to patronize this business. And take public transportation just because you felt like cake. You'll be disappointed and have wasted your time, when you arrive and they're closed.

For as long as I’ve been craving cake this week, I opted for this place. To sum it up….not a fan of it. Plus 10 for a slice is wicked! Not even a slice of pizza is 10. Smh They had a limited selection and I only purchased what they had (Red velvet and pistachio).
To sum it up… I don’t like them and I’m a major cake fanatic. I love cake. I didn’t like the red velvet at all!!! Both cakes are very soft and moist but the red velvet is…. Ew. Tastes nothing like it. Has no resemblance of taste of red velvet.
Now for the pistachio flavor, it’s different. The color of the frosting made me feel a little sick too. The pistachio cake has nuts in it too.
Well…. My daughters enjoyed the pistachio cake so I guess I only wasted $10 on the red velvet and not the whole $20.
Won’t be visiting again.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I got one slice of pistachio and one slice of red velvet cake, and the total was $20, which it’s a bit pricey. The pastachio cake was very soft and moist, and it has the small pieces of the actual pistachio in it, the icing tastes quite artificial. The red velvet does not taste like a red velvet cake because it has strong flavor of coconut in it.
