The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I got one slice of pistachio and one slice of red velvet cake, and the total was $20, which it’s a bit pricey. The pastachio cake was very soft and moist, and it has the small pieces of the actual pistachio in it, the icing tastes quite artificial. The red velvet does not taste like a red velvet cake because it has strong flavor of coconut in it.
I ordered custom cakes. The pistachio cake is as amazing as the other reviews. I am still thinking about it six months later. I found the chocolate cake to be a bit intense so I would probably get a smaller cake in the future because people wanted smaller pieces of that. Still very flavorful.
Omg! The reviews weren't lies! The cakes were the most delicious treats we've ever eaten! We had the pistachio and banana cream. They weren't too sweet and they were super moist/soft. We will definitely be back whenever we're in Brooklyn again! We'll be back for cakes to go... when we head back home!! I would recommend this cake bakery! The baker was very pleasant also! Thanks cake ambiance!
