My review is based on service since I never got my cake. Spend your money else where!! I am big on respecting people’s time and money, something this business woman claims she does. From Sept 6th I requested to use my credit for Oct 19th. Madelin didn’t care to order what I needed to get the cake I wanted. Even with ample time, she kept forcing gold on me last minute, when I wanted silver and black. She claimed I changed the date several times! Where?? when?? Look at the messages. She also changed the pickup time from 5pm to 6pm day of. I was extremely understanding and accommodating. Madelin never got back to me till 6:25pm when the version of the cake she wanted to give me was ready. Very inconsiderate of my time and plans for this day. Why not just be professional and give a refund if you couldn’t deliver on the cake that was requested!! She clearly doesn’t understand English or Spanish, she made false statements and won’t give me my money back. I gave her $160 just because I guess, so you’re in the business of stealing people money too!! She claims my message was confusing? So as a professional, why wait till the day of to try and understand what I wanted? and even if you didn’t care too, why not deliver on the rest of what I asked for at minimum?. She’s very rude and dismissive!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE where you’ll get better service and quality.

Owner was not helpful when it came to design input and she delivered the cake at the last minute, 30 mins before event and wouldn’t allow me the opportunity to go pick it up myself. I wouldn’t come here if you are actually looking to fed people cake but the cakes are good looking.

When I say this cake was sooooo good!!!!! My family could NOT stop raving. Madelin was so sweet to accommodate my schedule by dropping my cake off at the event a few hours before it started. 10/10 recommend!!! Also, can’t deny the pure talent the bakery has.
I loved everything about this place ♥️ their desserts and cakes are the best ? something you want to eat and eat again ♥️ I recommend it for its customer service and the delicacies they sell ☺️ the place is very cozy for a coffee and a delicious dessert ♥️

Ordered a 3 tier cake with 3 different flavors for my sister’s Sweet 16 OMG my self and the guest can’t get over how gorgeous and scrumptious the cake was, it right the right of my moisture, not and not overly sweet . Sent Madelin an idea of the cake I wanted and she took that idea and crafted this masterpiece. I loved everything about it. Madelin is very nice and professional she ensured to communicate with me to ensure that the finish product was what I wanted upon delivery ( being that I wasn’t at the venue) &YES SHE OFFERS DELIVERY which was a plus ??because who knows how to handle a cake in route to the location better than the baker? lol10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND ?PS. I already ordered another cake and on my way to placing yet another order ????

Everything was delicious and beautifully decorated she’s the best at what she does and will continue to have her make all my cake’s and treats for me and my family and friends. Thank you Madelin ❤️
