I’m getting those three stars because I’ve eaten here before and the food was better (had decent burritos here). But today I ordered something different. To be fair, I only ate the nachos which were shared. But they were really bad. The cheese was liquid, the “sour cream“ was liquid, the chips disintegrated. It was worse than a Taco Bell, nacho Bell grande, which can be quite delicious given the right circumstances. I just don’t think there are any circumstances under which he nachos would be acceptable.

Calexico is amazing! The food is always so good. (The black bean burrito is my favorite!) The folks who work there are the nicest, kindest, and most helpful people. Their margaritas are my favorite anywhere. It's one of my go to spots in my neighborhood.

No brainer spot for casual eats. There are only a few places where almost every menu item is consistently great—dozens of times we’ve dined here, delicious every time! Plenty of seating for larger groups and great vibes/music for all kinds of outings. Such a friendly staff and warm setting! 40min drive for us, but worth the trip!

One of my favorite spots for Mexican food in New York. The jalapeño poppers, their salsas, and the Cali burrito are all absolutely delicious. Consistently flavorful and definitely worth trying if you’re in the area.
Nice staff. A different take on a Quesadilla, but full of flavor. Good smokey parcha (passion fruit) margarita. Worth retuning. Thank you

I can't say how many times I have passed this restaurant on 5th and never tried it until now. The atmosphere of the restaurant is lively, the music is not to loud and you can actually carry on a conversation without shouting. The staff is very friendly and professional . Now to the food everything tasted divine, it was well seasoned and fresh, the only complaint the esquite lacked a little salt but it still was delicious. I had the smoky passion fruit margarita it was strong and you can actually taste the passion fruit. My friend had the guava margarita and it tasted more like a really tart grapefruit drink. But overall this is a great Mexican place to dine in or take out
