This is one of the best Italian restaurant we tried in Brooklyn. This restaurant is even better than many restaurants we have been in Italy. I would give them 6 stars if that was possible. What makes the food special is the authenticity and quality of the ingredients. Many ingredients are imported to keep the essence of the dishes. The restaurant doesn’t seem to take shortcuts using cheaper ingredients, and you can feel the difference in the food.

We had a wonderful first-time dining experience at Camillo for my husband’s birthday. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for an intimate celebration. We ordered the layered eggplant, butternut squash and ricotta Pinsa, the kale and sausage Pinsa, and finished with a delicious carbonara. Yummy rich, flavorful ingredients, and I paired my meal with a classic Negroni, which was the perfect touch. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to ?

Friendly and comfortable place to sit and unwind. Many of the beloved Italian dishes are on point but the artisan pizzas are to die for. I would recommend this restaurant for some wine and pizza nights.
