Came here with my significant other for dinner and was greatly disappointed. They had no food!!!! Took them about an hour to tell us they didn’t have any chicken, pasta, goat, shrimp, or anything!!! So why are you guys still open???? Then told us do we wanna just pay for the drink ? child please definitely walked right out right after, don’t come here this was my first time coming in general and it was a terrible experience how do you mess up on a Saturday night??

Poor management, poor service, good food, good music. Very poor experience for my son's 21st bday. Arrived on time (8pm) did not want to seat 4 out of 5 people that arrived, stated they needed the whole party, even after informing them that #5 is looking for a parking. Then once the party was at its entirety (810pm), we still waited an additional 25 minutes. (Absurd) Then they tried to put 5 adults at a table for 2 at most 3 people. Didn't adhere to reservation time, or accommodations until complaining. Emphasize on it being his birthday, didn't acknowledge till after the dessert came out, then they had to run around for candles for like 10 minutes, took the cake back dressed it up then sung happy birthday after after we complained. If it was not for another table and another server helping to sing happy birthday that experience wouldve been ruined. Prior to dessert, they constantly messed up our orders food and drinks, didn't inform us on what items was out until food comes out. 3 Luke warm orders of plain rice came out, instead of the rice and peas, because they was out. Smh. Too much bad to explain for a once in a lifetime experience. Stick to Suede, this place has a alot of potential, only if the service and management greatly improves or has a complete overhaul.

5 stars across the board ? The food was good (we had wings, mussels, steak, mashed potatoes, Mac, spinach & salmon pasta plus red velvet cake & cheesecake for dessert) everything was cooked to perfection! The drinks were great as well! I definitely recommend it!
