Great atmosphere, good food, drinks . definitely will be back & I just love the decor.
It was my bday and they were awesomely accommodating and very kool staff members
I've been here only once before prior to the pandemic but wanted to drop a quote note. The ambience is second to none and the food was good as well. I liked the plantains. They were very flavorful. My party seemed to enjoy their meat items. We loved the walkway in- can't wait to visit again once everything is open again. Supporting my black owned businesses during this time of need
After I dining here on Valentine's Day I knew I would be back. Everything was up to par; service, food, music, drinks. The way traffic is handled at the door is appreciative. They have a doorman/security ensuring the path is clear for people to move. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. The seating in front of the bar is tight so I would not recommend enjoying dinner there. Further in, adjacent to the bar would be ideal. The food is mouth watering. They have the best oxtails and curry goat I have ever eaten and I am comparing this to Suede and Footprints. Drinks are head cracking. Service was good as well.
The food was good but not the Shrimp Fried Rice?it was different from what I was expecting. Some of the things on the menu was not available which was truly annoying, then they didn't have visible sanitizers available or enough wet napkins to use to clean your hands at the table. That's kinda cheap, but it was good otherwise for my friend's birthday get-together.
Good vibe place. Has 2 sections to the place. The first floor is a lot more chill and relaxed where you can get food and the 2nd floor is where you have a bar, a small dance floor and a lounge. Has a pretty good rum punch as well.
The atmosphere was amazing. Our server Cassandra was lovely the DJ was ???(DR Haze). However we had reservations and was seated 1 1/2 hr later. The food was severed cold we weren't given utensils and the drinks was watered down. The music was the best part of the day!!!
Great service.. took a long time to seat us for my Mother's birthday even though we had a reservation. Staff was a bit snappy. But food was great, ambiance was fantastic, and music was the cherry on top.
Good food. Stylish and a party atmosphere on the 2nd floor.
Delicious caribbean cuisine, great DJ's, intimate atmosphere and dimly lit..a great place for a first date
Very nice ? and super unique inside. Staff are friendly and better than professional. The food is really really good. I like it better than the Door restaurant out in Queens.
Good food, good service and great employees
Came here for my 34th birthday (on January 16th) I've been to their sister restaurant Suede®numerous times but this was my second time at Caribbean social. I got here on a Thursday (which isn't too poppin' or busy in the winter). Ideally, I'd visit on the weekends. I had the Cajun Salmon which was my second time having it and it tasted just as amazing as it did the first time. However the only teeny complaint I have is...I am dissatisfied with the fact that they gave me a subpar "happy birthday" combined with someone else who was also celebrating a birthday. (Who does that? lol) we didn't come together so why sing happy birthday to us both as if we did? (And they ran out of candles for the dry ass red velvet cupcake they gave me lol) Let's just say you can tell they were all ready to go home Lol other than that, our waiter was quite pleasant and I like the vibe there. The host was sweet and allowed me to stay a little late to capture some cute photos while they closed. I'll definitely go back again soon.
My friend celebrated her birthday here. The ambiance, the food and the staff were everything. It is indeed a beautiful place. The food is absolutely delicious. The drinks were on point. My only wish is that they had an actual brunch (food and drinks unlimited) even though they did offer a birthday deal which was amazing.
