Food was ok not great as is very common with a lot of jamaican store. As a jamaican I believe it's more about money than any other thing these day....

The rice was not tasty the scraped the bottom of the pot. Rice was hard. The macaroni salad was very very sweet whoever made it used the entire bag of sugar. The jerk pork tasted a week old. Very dry and tough. I'll NEVER eat from this restaurant again!

The cashier always have an attitude. The oxtails is a hit or miss. Sometimes the oxtails tough nuh rass and sometimes the oxtail perfect. Unfortunately i had to stop supporting because $19 is a bit much for a hit or miss. Also when ordering online i realized the servers dont follow directions. If you tell them no gravy, its like they drown the food with gravy and vice versa. And honestly in my opinion its done purposely which is horrible customer service

This was my go to for like 3 years until now , I love there portions also they have a very good menu of food choices to choose from love the flavors . I’m not sure if it’s just from ordering online or what but my food comes extra spicy 🌶️ like pepper sauce getting spilled on top spicy It don’t taste right . Maybe they changed their recipe !

Today I bought a large curry goat and white rice and just had it for dinner only to see instead of goat there were chunks of ginger making up the goat and to see the pan was full of meat when I bought it ..... very very disappointed

Never eat from anyone that does not like you . These people have such bad attitudes. Besides the extreme long wait (even when they are not busy) The women at the register have these terrible attitudes. I don’t think they even like the job . It’s definitely not worth it .

The Jerk pork was nasty taste like vinegar it just tastes hot but not like jerk and taste steam

The food isn’t bad. But the portioning has to change. I went there this morning for salt fish, left wit a plate full of onions and oil. Wouldn’t recommend it to no one, unless u like a bunch of onions.

The oxtail is good actually something very similar to yard ! They have a few tasty dishes here but the customer service is a no for me. They act like they are bothered and it's beyond me... we have to stop normalizing attitude to customers is normal and it comes with the experience .... when it's not !!! Gordan Ramsey is a world chef and you think he treats people this was? The next time i get a horrible server in a bonnet and not a hairnet! I will gladly leave the food there and ask for a refund. The restaurant should be renamed from Caribbean Vibes to Negative Vibes that's what they show there paying customers. This is not Jamaica this is America do better.
