I don't normally come here because I'd rather choose to go to another fast food chain. Although, recently I've been interested in trying them out because you can't judge a book by it's cover. I went here and I would say that service was alright not the best, but for sure it was respectful and efficient. I don't feel that it's a very friendly environment, but I can be wrong. Maybe it was just a bad day, so I won't judge about that. I decided to get their chicken tenders combo with fries and a drink. I have got to say IT WAS GOOD. I did not expect their food to be good, but now I know that it is. I'll be coming here way more often to get that chicken tender combo because it is my favorite. It makes me satisfied and best of all it's cheap!

I actually go to this place all the time for about a year not as much now but The staff Is the same for a long time atleast some of them and they are very friendly so I can say the staff is great, the food is actually good I fill like some items miss needed components like california classic needs pickles without them fills weard but the food is well made.

Pumped to have Carls Jr. in Brooklyn. We've been ordering via Uber Eats frequently, and they've really never let us down. The Jalapeno Poppers are great, the burgers are tasty and the chicken is good.Carls has leapfrogged right over all the other local fast-food options. Highly recommend.

When I found out there was a Carl's Jr in NY I had no idea and I drove from Suffolk County to Brooklyn for this with my wife and new born. When we arrived none of the workers had masks on. I had a choice to make. Risk our health and do it anyway or turn around and go home. Instead we drove to NJ to another Carl's Jr and guess what. That one though listed as open was out of business. What a horrible night. These workers need to be wearing masks. I mean you are handling food. It's also a city/state mandate!! Really was looking forward to this too.

Sweet Jesus, this place makes the best Coney Island boardwalk style burgers I’ve ever had. The staff is always polite and gets it done fast. My favorite fast food, hands down.

First, full disclosure. My wife is a California native, and I lived there about 20 years myself.She found out earlier this week there were 2 Carl's Jr locations nearby. When I say nearby, I mean closer than a Hardee's in Georgia. We live in New Haven, CT, and we drove to Brooklyn. Just. For. Carl's. That's the draw it has. Sure, we get to CA every couple years, get our fast food fix on, visit family, fix on fast food, drive up the coast, fix, play with our nieces and nephews, fix, hand with our subs, fix, then head back East.So we drove about 90 miles or so just for a Western Bacon cheeseburger, a Famous Star, an order of rings and an order of jalapenos poppers. A 90 minute drive one way and 20 bucks in tolls for 22 bucks of fast food. Talk about needing a fix.When we got there, I told the guy working the register we drove from New Haven to come here. Not Coney Island, not Manhattan, but Carl's. He looked at us, through his mask of course, but I could see the look in his eyes: these people must really love Carl's. Either that or these people are freaking nuts. Take your pick. Then he tells us this location, the last in NYC and NJ, is in fact closing after the summer. Of course it is!I really hope CKE can figure out how to keep one open in the area. Certainly within 100 miles of jolly old New Haven. Because we would be there daily. Probably twice a day. Hey @Carl'sJr, hook a brother up!

I ordered for the first time from this place today through Door Dash. It was a birthday lunch from my brother to me. The whole order was $64.51. Took forever to come and three items were missing from the order. Like how do you forget 3 items?! Never again...

was roaming around coney island and came across this spot. im vegan so not alot of places i can eat from. they had the beyond meat it was amazing. 10/10. great staff

I adore this place! They prepare high quality dishes, their menu is varied, The chef in that place is a real authority in the kitchen, I enjoy very much tasting all their food. The food is consistently tasty, the attitude towards the customers is helpful. I frequently visit this restaurant and I was never unsatisfied. Highly recommended.

Great location with good food. Sometimes they go skimpy on the fries which is frustrating. Aside from that I like them.

Had the beyond burger and it exceptionally tasty. By far one of the best burgers i had hands down. on top of that management was great customer service as well, they were helpful in recommending me the beyond. definitely do recommend, try the beyond plant based burger you wont regret it .
