If I could give ZERO stars I would. What the hell is this place? Run by a bunch of camp counselors who are so rude and abrupt. We ordered two Milkshakes and the girl with the long ponytail (clearly she's notorious here) gestured rudely with her hands and said any more milkshakes? She slammed the milkshakes on the counter - to the point where one splattered. I then gave her the rest of our order and she refused to look at me, acknowledge me or interact in any way. She then asked me cash or credit I said credit she points to machine tells me to tap and walks away never saying thank you or wrapping up our transaction. I stood there for like 5 seconds and didn't know if the transaction went through or not. Both girls just went about their business on the further side of the counter. Finally I jsut started walking out and heard her say why was she just standing there? It took me a minute to process what she said otherwise I would've given her a nice same answer back to shut her fresh mouth up. So so rude and obnoxious. My son went back in to grab some straws and saw them just sitting there eating their dinner. Clearly they were in a rush bc they wanted to eat. Don't be rude to customers it's plain and simple. Absolutely horrendous experience. So bizarre this place is.

I had ordered a cup of soft serve ice cream and a heath sundae dasher and not even a minute later received an email saying that I got refunded half the money I spent on the dasher because they didn’t have it. I called to see what the issue was and if possibly I could get it replaced, but once I started speaking I was interrupted with a nasty “hello??” and was abruptly hung up on. I called back and the same woman on the phone was super nasty again and unhelpful, just told me to make another order for what I wanted, but it would just cost me more if I ordered just the one thing on DoorDash. Makes no sense to not call the customer to see if they want their item replaced instead of just saying it’s out of stock and getting a refund for less than what I paid.
In the end, I made another order not even 5 minutes later for another dasher and added a singular flying saucer and when I received my order, there was only the dasher in the bag which was completely melted and dripping through the bag, with no flying saucer. Meanwhile this specific location is only 5 or so blocks away, so I don’t understand how it could be so melted and soup-like. This was a terrible experience, wouldn’t recommend coming to this location unless you want to deal with poor quality and extremely poor customer service. Not worth the extra aggravation.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I walked in and wasn’t greeted at all, just met with attitude and a blunt “What do you want?” from the tall employee with a ponytail When I had trouble using the tap to pay and asked for help, the asian girl employee ignored me and laughed with her coworker instead. They also messed up my cone order. After I paid, it took them a full minute to hand me my order, even though they weren’t busy and were just chatting. I thanked them for their service, but they didn’t respond, yet they were suddenly warm and friendly with the next customer

The tall girl with long pony tail looks very athletic is very RUDE to customers! I went there around 12, the soft serve is very watery, she still giving to the customer, and giving so little ice cream. I refused to it bc it looks a wired soft serve. She tossed it to trash with ATTITUDE!!
