I went to randomly try their ice cream with my Mom... not that many flavors... ice creams were good, not too sweet... pricy, but price for chorus was crazy... about $4 per piece which are skinny and short!!!

Rude service. Instead of saying sorry that they didn’t mentioned that whip cream is extra. I have been told that I need to read the banner. WELL I DONT NEED TO, since staff is offering me. If I would read the banner I would ask myself for additional things . STAFF needs to mention it is extra. Staff, who did not even served me, was trying act like I was cheap by saying:
1. It is not Macdonald 2. Nothing is free here 3. So You want money back???
He also mentioned that this is how they do business. I am not regular to know what your business like. If I say I didn’t like that it was not mentioned extra and it would be nice to tell that to customers, don’t argue back, take the feedback.
Other places in such cases can say sorry and charge next time, or take topping off, OR SAY I AM SORRY YOU DID NOT KNOW. If not his lecture I would just leave little upset, but not angry!!! And I could come back since the food is delicious.
I understand people can get tired and forget etc. But this is not the case.
Never coming to this place. He did not even stop arguing with me till I walked to the door that he is not rude.

Dudes working here were mad rude. I was standing in front of the ice cream display and no one acknowledged me so I thought I was standing in the wrong place, and so I walked in front of the Carvel register. Again, no one said anything. Both guys just had their backs turned despite seeing me standing there waiting multiple times. There was only 1 other customer so the store wasn't busy. If you're close to closing and want customers out, just say so and I'll leave but having me stand there looking stupid for 10 minutes is unacceptable. I walked out without buying anything because I was embarrassed to say something. I'm not expecting 5-star service but I been to 4 other locations in Brooklyn and the employees there were much nicer.

I bought oatly cake and churros through Uber eats and I was extremely disappointed with the quality of both. The churros were so stale straight so I tried to microwave them for 20 sec which barely helped. The cake look old and the outside is chalky instead of melting. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend or eat at carvels again. It’s too pricey for such low quality ice cream. this mini cake and two churros cost $26.71 while ice cream from the supermarket would’ve taste better.
