Ordered a hot fudge sundae and received a soft swerve with a drizzle of fudge. When I pointed it out to the employee he added another drizzle. I don’t know who was more confused, me or the employee. They don’t know what a hot fudge sundae is at this location. When I looked at my sundae disappointed he asked he asked what the problem is. Sir, my entire order is the problem.

Hello, I recently bought a shake from your Carvel location, and I was very disappointed to find that it contained old strawberries with a noticeable bad smell. This not only ruined the taste but also raised concerns about hygiene and product quality. I strongly recommend that you replace the staff responsible for quality control at this branch, as such poor service can negatively affect the reputation of other Carvel locations. Staff employee came out of the back room and started preparing the cone, didn't bother to wear the gloves. Ice cream started melting right away, appears not to kept at the right temperature.

I went to randomly try their ice cream with my Mom... not that many flavors... ice creams were good, not too sweet... pricy, but price for chorus was crazy... about $4 per piece which are skinny and short!!!

Rude service. Instead of saying sorry that they didn’t mentioned that whip cream is extra. I have been told that I need to read the banner. WELL I DONT NEED TO, since staff is offering me. If I would read the banner I would ask myself for additional things . STAFF needs to mention it is extra. Staff, who did not even served me, was trying act like I was cheap by saying:
1. It is not Macdonald 2. Nothing is free here 3. So You want money back???
He also mentioned that this is how they do business. I am not regular to know what your business like. If I say I didn’t like that it was not mentioned extra and it would be nice to tell that to customers, don’t argue back, take the feedback.
Other places in such cases can say sorry and charge next time, or take topping off, OR SAY I AM SORRY YOU DID NOT KNOW. If not his lecture I would just leave little upset, but not angry!!! And I could come back since the food is delicious.
I understand people can get tired and forget etc. But this is not the case.
Never coming to this place. He did not even stop arguing with me till I walked to the door that he is not rude.
