My wife and I stopped by for ice cream after dinner, ordering the Butter Pecan and Pumpkin Cheesecake flavors. While the taste was fine, the texture was disappointing, as both scoops had frozen ice crystals on them.
The service was where things really fell short. We initially asked for our ice cream in cones, but the server misunderstood and gave us cups instead. When we politely requested to have them changed to cones, the server was willing to help. However, the manager intervened, scolding the employee and refusing the change in front of us, which made the entire situation uncomfortable and unpleasant.
Overall, the experience was far from enjoyable, and we left feeling dissatisfied.

This place is horrible, starting with the manager. Her nasty attitude and incompetence makes this a place I’ll never go to again. Don’t know if it’s a corporate owned store or a franchise but they’re in trouble as long as they keep dumb & dumber as management.

I wish I could have left no star. They did not have any whole waffle bowls in the entire ice cream shop. I was still willing to spend money to buy scoops of ice cream and get a cracked waffle bowl. The manager was not accommodating at all. She gave me options of getting a waffle cone. I expressed that I did not want that and she was very dismissive. I I love these I cream shops and I will not be visiting this one again. Poor poor service.

Good ice cream, Cinnabon and service. This Bedstuy location is open until 10:30pm. They are on the "Too Good To Go" app and I bought a "surprise bag of 3-4 items for less than $5. Great deal.
