Worst customer service. I walked in and waited by the âOrder Hereâ sign for someone to assist me. The two male employees working behind the counter looked at me, ignored me, and went on to take orders from customers who arrived after me. Completely unacceptable and disappointing experience.

Iâm a regular customer. I went inside to get an ice cream cone, and a little kid grabbed it and smashed it while the mother did nothing. They just looked at me as the kid kept doing it. I was still charged, and they didnât make me a new one or offer it for free. I wonât be going back.

A good place I use to come here for the last 3 years and it was one of the best carvel places for me. today I got the worst experience ever. They donât respect u. Money first . They keep taking the orders while you wait for almost 30 mn to get ur order. And when u complain they donât care. disrespecting what u did today. Be nice with people. u ll get chance for a good business

Went in to carvel on a saturday night to order a gender reveal cake. Gave specific instructions. We gave our phone number and asked to be contacted if there were any questions. We were assured the cake would be done in time for our gender reveal party. When we were on our way to pick it up we called and asked if it was ready. Unfortunately they didnât bother making it. If you need a cake from carvel avoid this store. There are other carvel stores owned by different people who care to serve their customers. Kings highway is just too busy and hectic for there to be any semblance of customer service. The people behind the counter were nice and cordial they just didnt get the job done. Smiles only go so far when you have an event planned. Do not rely on this store to get the job done for you.

Workers are sooo rude and have no decorum. Very unprofessional and don't speak up enough. They yell at the customers and wrongfully too. Had multiple occasions where another customer was giving them a hard time and they took their anger out on me. Very upsetting as Carvels other locations are great and this one is close by.

When I walked in it was very clean and nice designed . The staff wasn't so friendly but they took our orders patiently and cordially. When the boss came out he was very nice and gave us extra cream for the churros and asked if we need anything else etc. That was nice I appreciated that he cared to male an effort to be friendly ! The ice cream is classic carvel very good and I liked that they had pretty wrapped ice cream sandwiches to go amd ice cream bard. The cinabon smell is heavenly can't leave without center of the roll its great !
Nothing is transparent in this place . When you pay you don't see how much you are charged . When I asked why the answer was that the screen doesn't work. It's not the first time they do it. It's suspicious behavior. I was not given a receipt. Not once

I recently visited this Cinnabon/Carvel shop and was astounded by the quality of the goodies and the polite service. The Cinnabons were fresh, warm, and overflowing with cinnamon flavor. Combining that with a scoop of Carvel ice cream was a dream come true! The workers were friendly and efficient, making the experience even better. If you have a sweet tooth, here is the best place to indulge it. I'll definitely be back!

Came there for the thick shake which was not so thick. Itâs their number one selling shake so I wasnât expecting to dislike it. It was like drinking milk with Oreos it was so watery. I did call to let them know but the guy on the phone just kept saying uhm⊠uhm⊠and that he canât do anything unless I come back but I was already home. please guys make those milkshakes thick like they are called.

I ordered a box of 4 Cinnabon's. I don't know if they are made on premises or delivered to them. Either way they did not meet my expectations of a Cinnabon. There was hardly any brown sugar cinnamon mixture inside the buns as I was unraveling it there were portions that were just bare. They depend on that white sugar topped to give its sweetness is all. You can get a better cinnamon bun from Pillsbury! Needless to say they will never see my money again. Overpriced piece of bread.

I love Carvel and was so happy when this location opened up, I frequent it often. Unfortunately, some of the workers are really mean and spiteful. One worker in particular was extremely rude when I asked to taste a flavor, he said âYou canât have a taste because youâve been here before and itâs not a new flavorâ. I never leave without a large purchase, and yet the employees are rude without fail. The owner is really nice and sweet, heâs a great guy and if you get service from him you will not be disappointed. Just try to avoid the two guys that are there most nightsâŠ
