I love Carvel and was so happy when this location opened up, I frequent it often. Unfortunately, some of the workers are really mean and spiteful. One worker in particular was extremely rude when I asked to taste a flavor, he said “You can’t have a taste because you’ve been here before and it’s not a new flavor”. I never leave without a large purchase, and yet the employees are rude without fail. The owner is really nice and sweet, he’s a great guy and if you get service from him you will not be disappointed. Just try to avoid the two guys that are there most nights…

Love this location!! It opened about a year ago new into my neighborhood and it’s changed my life!! The cinnabon is always fresh and the ice cream is always super sweet and tasty!! The atmosphere is also very welcoming and warm as well as an awesome staff who always do their best to help you out when you need it! They also make custom cakes and print photos onto them and they always look great!! I recently purchased a cake for my both my brother and sister’s birthdays and they did an amazing job!! I definitely recommend this location if you happen to be in the area or are just craving something sweet to eat!!Dietary restrictions: Kosher and Halal so everyone can enjoy!
Lovely place that opened on Kings highway last year, every time i come into the store i’m greeted with workers that are professional, happy to be there, and always help me with my orders. I love getting a cinnamon bun with icecream on top. To choose icecream from so many amounts of flavors they have, so everytime i come in the store i can always try something new. They always have deals on their products which not every carvel have. Service is great with online orders too, always comes fresh and organized. And it’s always a pleasant experience to sit in the store, its clean and nice lighting. All around great place to grab something sweet with my family!
I went to see this location with my family last week . Food was amazing , we ordered two cinnabons and four different Sundaes. Also the service was on highest level . Workers were polite and knew what they were doing . Me personally , I have an allergy for peanuts and I mentioned it to them . Workers took it serious and were careful about our food . Definitely will come back again .

when we were doing the online order we forgot to press delivery so we called if we can change it and they said that they will bring and it was the Boss, he was so nice to bring it to us. Also he brought it to us for free and I am thankful for it.The ice cream is so delicious and I recommend this for all of you guys. Thanks so such Muhammad!!!!
