Terrible customer service. I called to make sure they had what I wanted and the person who answered the phone was very rude. He said "I'm busy with a customer and hung up." I showed up there and sure enough the did have the cake I wanted but no one was able to write on it. I was passed because if the person on the phone was courteous, I would not have to waste gas for no reason.

Carvel is famous for Ice creams and custard types of desserts so during trip of Brooklyn we tried it. It is really good place for Ice creams. Chocolate taste and Vanilla is delicious.

This is a gas station location. They do not serve ice cream during the winter, except for packaged goods. It went there in winter and was sorely disappointed.
