I ordered a quart of soft pistachio ice cream it had ice crystals in the middle of the quart I called the store they told me to call Uber Eats Uber Eats says there's nothing they can do I paid $25 for that quart

I frequent this location often with my children because my toddler LOVES their pistachio ice cream. She convinced me to try it and it really is that good. My favorite from this store is the coffee ice cream. Hits everytime. The store is very small but always looks clean. There’s not much organization when it comes to the line so they usually just ask “who’s next”. All workers that I’ve interacted with have been pleasant. I’ve never had a negative interaction with a worker so I’d say their customer service is great.
Parking: A lot of people double park. It’s paid metered parking and spots are usually taken.

Walked in seeking an Oreo Birthday cake for my daughter. Met Luiz , who was very friendly and accommodating. Sold me an Oreo cake and mentioned that he is custom write anything I would like on it. Luiz had the nicest and neatest hand writing. Overall it was a busy location and everyone was genuinely nice .

I was standing in line with it to check out I didn't even wait to order just waited to check out the casheirs purposely ignored me for not reason and serviced other clients who came after me. I spent a lot of money here it was the last time. Shame on you disgraceful people. Humiliating a costumer for no fuciin reason.

My family is super into Carvel cakes for birthdays, and this is a great location. Very friendly and competent staff, great selection of flavors and sizes, and when I bought a birthday cake the other day they were able to customize it right then and there! Great experience every time I'm in this location.
Parking: Very tough to find parking - recommend someone stay in the car while another person runs in!
Wheelchair accessibility: Not at all accessible. Very small doorway and extremely small interior.

I've been buying at this establishment for over 45 years and the original owners are still operating it and the service is fantastic the selections of ice creams are always changing but they're all great they have the best selection anywhere so if you're looking for a couple of Cal this is where you go

I went there on a Monday night and I was able to buy one get one free. Which I thought was a great deal since recently I went to Cold Stone and bought two medium ice cream for over $20 and here at Carvel's I got two two for $7.98

My sister is pregnant and placed an order for her husbands ice cream cake. The manager started screaming at her and told her she cannot order that she has ordered and cancelled. They just moved to the area and have never order for this store. She called me bawling her eyes out. She has a 5 month old and is 3 months pregnant she is not able to leave her house at the moment and is obviously not able to ask her husband to pick up his own cake. She was beyond distraught and we will not order from this carvel again.
