I had been wanting to come here for months after passing it every day and finally stopped by. It was incredible! We had their enchiladas and flautas and rice and beans. They tasted so authentic and homey like what our family cooks (but slightly more elevated). The special on the night that we went was a tamal oaxaqueño and it tasted exactly like the ones my partner and I have had in Mexico. I’ve been here a few times now, both for dine-in and takeout, and it’s a new favorite of mine.

I visited Casa Azul for the first time this week and it was SO cute!! It’s truly a neighborhood spot to grab some great Mexican food and catch up with friends over drinks. The thing I liked the most was the fact that they had happy hour on a Saturday. Amazing deal and I can’t wait to visit again.

Not gonna lie I'm from North Carolina and I'm pretty used to Hispanic food as coming home tradition and as well as eating plenty of authentic Mexican places. I was very disappointed by the bland taste of the food here service was great. People are very nice and welcoming, but the food was just so bland. I could've went to chipotle instead.... It kind of disappointed after spending $60 with some friends and family on food. The place looked nice the place was clean, great music but I'm just very disappointed on the taste of the food. Definitely expected authentic Mexican food from these guys. Very disappointed we ordered burritos and tacos and I had a shrimp tacos very bland no queso as they would that come on the burrito. Very disappointed especially for it being in Brooklyn NYC. Just wow :(

As an avid explorer of new dining experiences, stumbling upon this restaurant was a delightful surprise. The place exuded a fantastic ambiance, and for the quality of the offerings, the prices were more than reasonable. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and promptly seated. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, with Liz, our server, standing out as a true gem. She provided us with a thorough explanation of the menu, and all her recommendations were spot-on.To kick off our culinary journey, we each started with a refreshing drink that left us more than satisfied. The appetizers we ordered, including the Tamal special of the day at $7 and the Flautas at $14, were incredibly tasty. The restaurant's interior had a modern touch and was impressively clean and inviting. The main course was nothing short of a gastronomic delight; my Branzino practically melted in my mouth! I'm going to share a picture of my entrée so you can see the culinary masterpiece for yourself. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. One notable plus was that the receipt did not include an automatic gratuity, which I appreciated. However, my one gripe was when it came time to settle the bill. The payment screen initially suggested a 20% tip, with a recommendation of 23%, which I found a bit exorbitant

Not that far from my Daves Hot Chicken store and I brought my staff and training team and partner's here and they all absolutely loved it! The food was on point, get a table for 6-8 people was very easy and fast as staff accomodated us and the food was delicious. The drinks were very good as well. Very friendly environment and I highly recommend this place.

Great ambiance, friendly service w great bar area. I stumbled job this place walking the the neighborhood. I had drinks by the bar. The cocktail menu is very unique. The guac was blended too much, I prefer chunky Guac. Will have to come back n have dinner. Looks amazing

Every time I've gone here they haven't disappointed. The tequila / mezcal flights are very good, and the food is very tasty.
