The gorditas there were so tasty, and was a throw back to Mexico… my family is from Puebla and let me tell you I don’t think I’ve tasted a gorditas as authentic or tasty anywhere else in nyc. It’s a small mom and pop shop, the service was great and nice and comfy inside :) this is bookmarked for me and definitely coming back to try other menu items hehe

Small mom and pop but my goodness bomb food! As a fellow Mexican - it smelled like my grandmas house and the food was excellent. We had gorditas, tamales and their fresh squeezed oj! We also had fresh mimosas. The staff is very friendly and made us feel like home -love them

Only had the pollo gorditas, as I walked by and saw two ladies freshly frying and hand-forming the dough. For 3.50 each, i definitely wanted to try them! They tasted like they had that true, homemade quality to them. The shell was crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. The chicken was standard shredded chicken, and it was accompanied by iceberg lettuce, crema, and cotija.
Make sure you know some Spanish here!
