The prices here keep going up and up, while the quality continues to dip. My order had rotten cream cheese; it smelled so rancid when I opened up the bagel to take a bite! I told the staff and not only were they rude and had no apology to offer, but they didn’t even throw out the container from which the cream cheese came out of until I said something. My replacement order was MUCH cheaper and there wasn’t any offer of a refund or giving me the balance of money owed until I asked for it. Completely unacceptable. Although they are the only neighborhood bagel shop, that experience makes me never want to return.

This place has great bagels, just 100% guaranteed to mess up your order every single time if you dare order anything other than one plain bagel with nothing on it, and somehow they will mess that up also.
I had their Cortelyou Lox sandwich the other day, as well as numerous other types of egg sandwiches over time . While the prices have creeped up on the lox, everything there is quite good. Dark roast coffee is pretty good too, if they don't fool around with it. Wish they put seeding on both sides of the bagels though.

This review is for the value of a too good to go order. 2 bagels, smashed donut and oatmeal. It's one of the worse orders I've bought on this app. Most bagel places give a dozen or so bagels using the ' too good to go' app.
