I used to like CC’s bc of its pricing and decent portions but after today, I won’t be visiting again! Not only did they forget my plantain that I paid for, there was hair in my food.. not one, not two, but three pieces of hair!! This is unsanitary and disappointing to say the least.

I stopped by CC’s to grab some food since I was in the neighborhood, and honestly, never again. The short lady with the red glasses should not be dealing with customers—her attitude is extremely unprofessional and brings down the whole atmosphere of the place. She was rushing me to order, which felt very rude, and her overall behavior was just nasty and unwelcoming.

On top of that, I noticed they don’t even wear gloves when handling food, which is a huge red flag. I’ve been to many restaurants, including upscale spots, and I’ve never had service this bad. Good customer service matters, and this experience was the complete opposite.

Because of this, I will not be returning. And I’m letting all my friends and Management know. Ot to support this business anymore. When people are spending there money they should be respected. They really needs to address this issue if they want people to continue supporting their business.

Visited this place because my hotel was nearby. Food is SO good, some of the best jerk chicken I’ve ever had. We sat ourselves, ordering was easy, environment was clean, and the flow of customers was constant. Despite them being busy our food came out quick and perfect. The medium size is the best size for one person to be full. Small size is probably best for like a light lunch or older kid. Staff was sweet, other patrons were also sweet. I’ll absolutely be going back!

Paid for a side in my order and I did not receive it and then when I called the lady on the phone was nasty about it. telling me that my order would’ve been a dollar more if I had added that item, but I did add the item and my order was a dollar extra for that side and hung up the phone on me. Food was cold and oxtails was tuff

I usually order the fried chicken (BOMB) but it was sold out. So i decided to try the oxtail meal with macaroni salad (also bomb). My order was missing the mac salad BUT the oxtail itself was FATTY AND OILY!! I was so disappointed. I even tried a piece and it was tasteless. Smh oxtail is not cheap! I could not make myself eat it. I ended up throwing away the meal and going to bed. Smh

If you're looking for authentic Jamaican food in Brooklyn, CCS is the place to go. The oxtail is amazing, super tender and flavorful, especially with the extra gravy. The rice and peas are perfect, and the mac salad is a great side. You have to try their fresh carrot juice too it’s so refreshing.

CCS is the best spot in Brooklyn for Jamaican food. The wings are tasty, especially with the white rice and coleslaw. It goes great with the rice and peas. If you want to try real Jamaican flavors, you should definitely go to CCS. It’s a great place to eat.

CCS is the best Jamaican food in Brooklyn. The jerk chicken is great, with a spicy, smoky taste. The rice and peas go well with it. The jerk and BBQ sauces make it special. The mac salad is a cool side. If you want real Jamaican food, go to CCS.

The carrot juice was actually so good — super fresh and not too sweet, just how I like it. I almost passed on the oxtail but ended up getting it with rice and peas, and I’m glad I did. Everything was seasoned perfectly and tasted like real home cooking. You can tell they take their time with the food here.

I finally tried the curry goat at CCS Jamaica Restaurant and honestly it blew me away. The meat was so tender and full of flavor, you could tell it was cooked with care. The seasoning had just the right amount of kick and reminded me of something homemade, not restaurant food. It felt like a proper, comforting meal. I’ll definitely be back for more.

The food portion is shared well and worth the price. Cashiers and servers are nice, and will listen if you have an additional request.. Without getting rude ??

We ordered various dishes for delivery and they were all very tasty and fresh. Jerk pork and fish were yummy. The stew peas were tasty at a great spice level, but the chicken foot took us by surprise, I thought it would be salt beef and pig tail, not chicken foot. But otherwise, all good food.

Everything in CC's tastes good. I've even recommended it to my friends. This is my favorite place for Jamaican food in Brooklyn, hands down.
