Amazing experience as per usual. Food is delicious, the restaurant itself is rustic and screams old school nyc, location is unbeatable. Our waiter, Allen, was great, sweet, and kind- if he's not, he should be a fixture there. He elevated our experience. Thank you!
Wow! Wonderful food, service from Sal and gorgeous view!! Thoroughly enjoyed everything about this restaurant! Thank you! The whipped truffle ricotta was wonderful!!
The restaurant itself is beautiful and the view from the patio is incredible, but that is really what you are paying for. We ordered multiple appetizers and 5 different entrees and they were all “okay” at best. My espresso martini was delicious, but it was honestly the only impressive item.
The host she was amazing. Her name is hard to pronounce but she is from PR. Our waitress Juan was awesome. The food OMG. Overall the best experience this weekend
The view from the outdoor patio is amazing, but the food and service were just average. It was also a little annoying that people were walking by on the walking path along the river or sitting on the benches by the patio playing loud music, smoking weed and talking loudly while we tried to enjoy our dinner. I'd go back for the view though!
2 female receptionists in the front could utilize some customer service trainings to deal with walk-ins and for tourists in the area. I brought my families from out of town for stroll in dumbo and wanted to have a drink or two with my family in outside patio area before taking another lengthy walk around the dumbo. There were enough seating available on outside patio areas and I mentioned that we are going for drinks and “possibly” few munches without any reservations when I first arrived with my family. One of the receptionists literally said we could go sit at the bar area if we are just walk-ins for drinks. Was not too fond of her suggestions at the time with 2 minor children in our party plus.. there were abundance of seats outside patio plus only one or two waiting parties of not More than 4. We walked out and I decide to snatch the reservation on open table and entered again to see how the reservation would make the difference. We had outside seating as requested. Drinks were good. Munches were good. However, We were charged twice for the bill while the credit card machine declined card transaction twice and we were told the transaction went through and noted later the card was charged twice and we may have to dispute one of the charges.
The most beautiful restaurant. The customer service was amazing and the food was even better. Would definitely recommend this for any celebrations. We sat outside further down near West Elm with the perfect view of the Brooklyn Bridge, it was lovely.
Alright but not great. We ended up waiting 20 mins to get seated and the food was just OK. Beautiful restaurant and perfect view, but everything else was just so-so. I wouldn't go back.
This restaurant offers absolutely beautiful views that make it worth the visit alone. The service is excellent—friendly, attentive, and quick without being overbearing. The food is just okay—not bad by any means, but it doesn't quite live up to the setting or the service. If you're coming mainly for a culinary experience, you might leave wishing for a bit more flavor and creativity. Sitting outside is a bit of a trade-off. The scenery is gorgeous, but it can get very noisy, which takes away from the otherwise relaxing atmosphere. Overall, this is a great spot if you're looking to enjoy a meal with a spectacular view and top-notch service, even if the food itself is more average.
Good food. Great view. They are unprepared for their popularity. The checkin is overwhelmed by people with reservations and walkins. The serving staff can't serve appetizers before entrees. Good place to take my out of town cousin, probably wouldn't come here with NYC friends who would expect well thought out service.

The ambience and views were incredible. The all around service and especially from our waitress Tara was really well done. They read and listened to all of our reservation notes we submitted here on OpenTable, and went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed. Would 10/10 dine again.
I would say this place is good for vibe but not for food. If you are looking to have a meal with a fantastic view this is the place but if you expect exceptional food then not the best place to be. Limited options of cocktails to select from. Overall good restaurant.
All parts of the dinner were excellent including appetizer, entrees, dessert and wine. Our server was top notch; very friendly and professional. It was a very nice dining experience once we were seated and a lovely location in the DUMBO neighborhood. We were five people from all parts of the country (California, Texas and Manhattan) spending a few short days together, having meals, museums visits and the like, and sharing stories after a memorial service for a beloved relative, so this experience was a nice memory. Thanks to the restaurant serving staff and chefs. One star removed from overall rating due to low quality, initial greeting at the hostess stand. Main "girl" checking us in was rude, immature and had no communication skills. She never looked at me when I announced our arrival, did not respond to another polite comment I made about our day (stone quiet), and the only words out of her mouth was that once everyone from our party arrived, we'd be seated. I was actually flabbergasted! The other family members were about 30 seconds behind us and I had told her this. Then when I inquired as to where the restroom was, a different hostess (there were 4 other women standing nearby) directed me to the restroom. The restaurant was empty except for a few people at the bar, so I don't understand why we had to wait? When I came out of the restroom looking for my family about four minutes later, my party was already seated. So the "girl's" attitude was unconscionable. If this is a restaurant "rule" to have everyone present, that's fine. But the communication was delivered with a superiority complex- like expression and a stone-like face. Recommend the manager put a more mature, friendly, excellent communications skills, smiling host/hostess at the stand. One that acts like she enjoys her job and likes people.
My fiancé and I went there for engagement dinner. We had a reservation but we showed up about 20 minutes early and they got us succeeded right away. The food was great and the wine was phenomenal. Highly recommend the Moscato d'Asti. Overall , it was a great experience.
Ceccioni's Dumbo was fantastic. The outdoor seating is special, the service is great, and the food is exceptional. The interior is beautifully designed with Italian decor.
