We had the best night here! They made my birthday dinner so special. Our waitress, Jane, was so wonderful and gave great menu suggestions. She made our experience so fun with her engaging conversation and humor. The food was excellent and came out very quickly. The views are unbeatable and I highly recommend stopping by.
Thank you. Great server and service and good !! You made my brother in law a happy birthday
On entering the restaurant it was chaos ! People were waiting who had not pre booked and people who had pre booked were kept waiting too It seemed to be honest the front house staff were inexperienced for this role unfortunately However it was an enjoyable night and our food and view were good
The location and the view are everything here. There are definitely better restaurants for Italian food, and the service is a bit haphazard, which is almost inevitable given how big the place is. The prices are high, which is, again, a function of the location. My recommendation is to get a table outside on a nice day, order from the cheaper items on the menu, and keep an eye out for your friends walking by.
Lovely restaurant. Drinks and appetizers were delicious. View was impeccable. Interior decor was nice.
The food was so delicious, and our server couldn’t be better, he was the bartender, and his name was Patrick, he was fast with our order, and he was really kind, amazing experience.

My second time here, and got the same experience. Long waiting time, even after booking a table in advance (45m wait is unreasonable) rude staff and even if the food is good, it's not worth the experience.
Hard to find the entrance. Only had a B food hygiene rating on its door when visited on Wednesday, but was meeting a friend who was already inside for a bday meal and did not want to make a fuss. Food alright-lobster pasta was fine, although not v generous with the lobster. Cookie tasted a bit strange-as if it had caught the flavor of something savory from the pizza oven or wherever it was warmed up. Staff were very nice and friendly but service a little slow. Card reader had a cracked screen which combined with the aforementioned B food hygiene rating gave the place a grotty vibe. Views fantastic. Not Cecconi’s fault, but if you sit outside be prepared for the very noisy rumbling of the subway trains going over the Manhattan Bridge to interrupt your conversations. Wouldn’t go back.

I never got to eat at the place with such rudeness from the waiter. We arrived by the river where there is a balcony. When I tried to talk to him to find out where the entrance was he was extremely rude to me. The customer responded to me!

Nice place. Cozy atmosphere. Beautiful views of 2 bridges and the Hudson. I have questions about food. The pasta was a little overcooked and there was too much lemon dressing on the salad. The filet mignon was excellent, the tiramisu was superb.
