The tea here is great and staff is friendly… my only downside is how the seating is… it’s just awkward I guess? You’ll see what I mean lol but I would come back for the tea, matcha was good.
Mona is the best. She's amazing with customers and always does what she can to ensure that the customer feels respected and properly taken care of. I always notice that she's willing to provide samples within a moments notice as well as keeping a smile on her face, not to mention if someone doesn't like a drink, she'll help in whatever way she can in order to provide them an experience that wouldn't leave them upset.
