If you are paying 3.50 plus 1.00 for an Anericano I think you deserve a decent cup of coffee. I'm regularly served insipid s*** from this place. Brown water. Time to change my morning routine.

Everything about this place I love minus the attitude of the baristas and cashiers here. I went 3x in one day and every single time my experience was poor in customer service. One of the baristas rudely slammed a glass of water for my friend. I really want to give this place 5 stars because the coffee and shop is great, but please tell your baristas and cashiers to smile.

Fantastic user experience, over multiple visits. The employee service is commendable, provided for without complaint. I had mentioned that an the wall ac/heat unit was blowing out cold air (winter visit). The employee gladly accommodated my concern by turning it off. Not a monumental action, but a detail that adds positive value to the consumer experience. Good coffees, many snacks offered, great service. Plus the credit card reader electronically adds your frequent visitor points. So you don't have to worry about forgetting or losing your frequent visitor card.

As a VP of major consumer goods cooperation, I do appreciate the industry and the people working in it. I went with with 5 people for a coffee and something to eat. We were the only people ordering, the service (taking orders) was way below average because the two people working there were really rude and their attitude was unwelcoming at all. The cashier got annoyed because we forgot to order a coffee and we had to place a new order. And she got more annoyed when I asked to see the different cup sizes.
