Spent last night with friends, service is pretty bad. They don’t do anything until you ask them, for example - to clean the table, or change plates. They charge crazy extra gratitude fees which is just insane. Food is bad, service sucks and wouldn’t recommend to anyone to visit this place.

KTV room was alright, had a fun time with friends. Food was mediocre, upon paying the bill we were off 50 cents on the tip and the lady in the front confronted us and asked for the remaining amount. We spent around $130, honestly OD for her to do that especially with the poor service.

If you don’t specify that you don’t want food, and just want to sing, they’ll give you “points that you can spend on food”. After you finish karaoke and go pay, you’ll realize the extra $100 they charged you for food. They must have new employees bc it wasn’t like this before.

I recently visited to book a private karaoke room, and the hostess behind the counter was extremely rude, throwing their menu/pricing at me on the counter. I did not eat there and can't vouch for the food, but after the level of disrespect I experienced, I wouldn't give them a dime.

I recently celebrated my birthday at this karaoke sushi restaurant with friends, and we had an amazing time! It was our first visit, and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful, answering all our questions. The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was just perfect for a fun night out. We ended up spending four hours there, and every moment was enjoyable. We definitely plan to come back again! Thank you for making my birthday special!
