Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

This is very sad. Charleys makes very good cheesesteaks when they want to, but sadly, they no longer want to. The cheesesteaks I used to get from there used to have good portions and be a decent value. But now they have cut their portion sizes a great amount and are no longer a good place to eat. Worse, when I contacted them to let them know that portions on cheesesteaks and fries have been drastically smaller, they ignored my messages. I even sent them a final heartfelt 'goodbye' message and instead of having any decency to contact me back, they once again ignored me. It just isn't worth going there. There are many places to get a good cheesesteak, and places that will give you better portions of meat and fries, and who will not ignore you when you let them know they fell short. I can only assume they just don't care about their customers. I am no longer one of those. My favorite cheesesteak place happens to be a company who wants to rip off customers and doesn't care if they lose them. There are good companies who care. Do yourself a favor and go somepleace else.

They make a decent cheese steak. A bit over priced when you can get one cheaper at the chicken spot next door ?

Cousin told me about this stop it was decent parking is tight .In east new york bkyn so keep your head on a spinner.

The cashier was rude in getting the manager to explain the of what I ordered. The cashier rudely told the manager that I would have to wait for me to get my food so I and my son bought food next door from the Kennedy Fied chicken. I told the manager that I'll be back to order when "she" isn't working the register.

I had Charlie’s before out of state so I was skeptical to try the Brooklyn location but I was impressed . I ordered a small thinking it was gonna be mid but this cheesesteak made my day from the first bite . I wish it was more saucy but it still was so good . I felt like I was missing ketchup but I still finshed the whole thing without it. Idk if it’s cuz I was hungry or what but I regret not getting the bigger size ? it’s good tho.

Sandwiches are pretty good, the staff is efficient. They have security to keep crowds under control when the kids get out of school.
