I ordered regular fries and they charged me for the ultimate fries and then when I tell them I ordered regular fries they give me regular fries even though they charged me extra and when I go and tell them they give such a horrible attitude when refunding me my money. I am never coming back here again. Such horrible attitude and customer service

I used to order here all the time until I got some of the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. I had the meal, it was the only thing I ate all day, then ~30 min later I proceed to get the most aggressive case of food poisoning. I would imagine something was spoiled or undercook for sure considering how bad it was. Sucks cause I did like their sandwiches, but definitely not worth getting food poisoned over.

This is a really great location at the Mall to grab something quick to eat after or before shopping. The boneless BBQ wings are great tasting with the blue cheese dip. French fries are not overly salty so that’s a plus. I had a strawberry lemonade beverage and it was so refreshing!. I would have given them 5 stars but they are Very pricey.
Parking: The mall has a parking garage, you have to pay upon leaving.
Kid-friendliness: Yes kid friendly mall, lots of children related stores.
Wheelchair accessibility: Near by ramp for those with accessibility issues.

I have been a customer of Charley’s since it was installed at Kings Plaza Mall. I don’t often go to Kings Plaza like I used to but almost every time I do ….. I make a stop at Charley’s. I was there yesterday at around 3pm and my daughter and I order cheesesteak, BBQ wings, bacon cheddar fries and a plain fries. My number was 68. (Hopefully this detailed information would cause Charley’s to review their security video and take immediate action). When I walked in no one was placing an order. Which is odd because there is always a line, but it was in between lunch and dinner, so we thought we just caught a lucky break! As I am asking my daughter what she would like, the woman behind the register is yelling….no SCREAMING, NEXT, NEXT, NEXT , NEXT, NEXT….like a maniac. I’m standing 2 ft in front of her and she can see I’m speaking to my daughter. No one is behind us so why is she SCREAMING?! I begin to place my order and follow up with my daughter’s order. I pay with Apple Pay and she tells me my number. I ask her for a receipt and she seems annoyed that I ask but I finally get one. There are two people at the register, and by this time a line to order begins to develop. I step to the side and wait for our order to be prepared. After waiting about 15-20 minutes I realize I hear a customer say, “is that 69? I wanted honey mustard on that” I hear one of the 3 people working the grill and add on area tell her can I put it on the side? I already rolled it up.” The customer said no I’d like it on the sandwich. The man working the grill said, no she’s getting it on the side, and stops working the grill to put honey mustard into a cup. Why? Isn’t that what the other two employees are there for? To dress up the sandwiches with the additional options? At this point the orders are coming in quickly. Then I hear 70, 71…..so I’m like wait, where was 68? I could see the wings may take a little longer but I see wings are in other peoples orders. A woman came by with a child to ask for the key to the bathroom and one of the employees gave her the key, with a smile. The man on the grill begins to reprimanded her for giving the key out. She begins to tell the grill man, she knows them, and he calms down. All of a sudden with all the people in the store, the man on the grill goes in the back for 5 minutes. When he returns I ask him, do you have 68? He grunts and starts speaking to the other two employees and begins making the sandwich. The person who took my order tells him the wings were already done and sitting on top of the bread toaster. That’s when I notice raw chicken was sitting in a container on the counter. As the grill man is finishing my sandwich, I realize the other two employees have already put mayo, lettuce and tomato on the bread, none of which I asked for! The girl grabs the wings and the cheese fries and puts them in a bag. The grill man proceeded to put the meat on the bread and the girl begins to roll the sandwich while looking at the screen of orders and DROPS MY SANDWICH ON THE FLOOR! She picks it up and continues to wrap it up. Put it in the bag and call “68”. I’m standing right in front of her! Looking at her like are you serious?! Between the chicken wings that clearly had been sitting out, and this woman dropping my sandwich on the floor, I was so mad, I couldn’t even speak. I grabbed the food and left! Not even realizing they forgot one of my fries! I obviously threw the food away and ended up going to Brooklyn Beef and Cheese which is close by and WAY better! If I could give this less than 1 star, I would. But I had to share my experience. It’s unfortunate that this disaster of an experience has lost a customer! The Board of Health needs to do a surprise visit to this place! DISGUSTING!

This branch is rude and skimpy. The cashier rushes you at the counter. Before you can finish your sentence she is cutting you off to ask if you are done. I ordered a bacon cheesesteak and there was barely any meat and one slice of bacon. I wish I took a photo to post, but I'm not the type to post reviews. I asked if they can put more bacon on my sandwich and the line cook laughed at me and basically tossed cold bacon into my sandwich. I will not go there again. I'll tell you, it's more worth it to go over the bridge, into the Staten island mall and eat it there. The cheese steak is always over flowing and worth the money to go there. Stay away from this branch for sure.

When me and my friends when to this location in kings plaza with little money we only bought 1 order of bacon and cheese fries. Af tree r we finished they bought out a free Order on the house. Not only was the customer survive amazing the food and vibe of the whole establishment was phenomenal

I was excited to try this loction since my last experience in brooklyn was horrible. Maybe it just peoples they hire there. My boyfriend and I were looking at the menu. The lady looks at use with so impatient tipping the foot, and her body language looks like she wishes we hurry up. Then she didn't listen or didn't care becausemy boyfriend and i ask for two chicken Philly cheese steak. One was buffalo, and one was regular chicken. She gave us one chicken, Bufflo, and one philly cheese steak. No one even asked for philly cheese steak to make matters worse. She did ask what size we wanted? She just put in larger, she didn't ask if we wanted fries or a drink or if we want anything else she just start telling told us the price we liked damn hold on. Overall, I never ever go to Charleys in brooklyn. The employee is just rude and doesn't listen ? yall need to bring the one in Manhattan back. They have upstanding customer services.
